Yes. I logged out of the person but when I went back to web log in I first got my details, then selected cancel which took me back to oceanready log in screen. When I selected log in, it again brought up the same persons details

Same person each time, sounds like they have corrupted multiple accounts.

 

They need to hire competent IT people.

 

If it were my account, due to the compromise possibility, I would call PCL, take the prompt for Ocean Ready and report it.

Did you go to web version or just the normal cruise personaliser?

Reported it to Princess in SOuthampton and to the privacy people in USA

I get it when I try to log n to personalizer.  I can only get into my personalizer by clicking on excursions in app and that takes me to my current cruise.
