Three day cruise. Do all of the rules still apply?

Not sure what rules you are referring to, but there is no real dress code with Celebrity.  Other than the obvious no bathing suits, etc., in the MDR, whatever you are comfortable with is fine. Casual is typical and even if there was a chic night on a short cruise, it really is nice casual dress as you like, and no formal wear is required.  Hasn't been for a number of years.

Good info! I guess "rules" was a little strong. Guess I was picturing a more laid back crowd and shorts on the guys in the MDR. For me, not much changes.

The stated dress code doesn’t change based on the length of the cruise.  How strictly it is enforced on a 3 night cruise could vary by venue.

not so.  No shorts, no flip flops, unless you are lumping these into your “etc”
