    So there's food issues (which are well known), staffing issues (which are well known), and you expected the ship to look brand new. Then the threat to switch to a different cruise line, which surely isn't having the same issues.

    There is no Park Cafe on Navigator. I don't know if they'd have it on Cafe Prominade or not but on embarkation day they had it in the Windjammer on one of those carving stations

    Yes they've been working on new formulas, but the FDA isn't requiring them to be actually tested against current variants, only that they're tested against the original omicron. So they'll be creating new formulas that'll be outdated the second they hit the shelves.

    Same time zone? No. Same time? Yes. Cozumel is on Eastern time but doesn't do daylight saving so Galveston and Cozumel are the same time during the summer

    Avoid the beef stroganoff in the MDR. Not sure what that recipe is but it's not any stroganoff I've ever heard of. Not that it's bad, but, just not stroganoff.

    My flights for cruises this year have all surprisingly been on time.

    They'll charge your vouchers by default but you certainly can ask them to charge it directly and save the voucher. I've had the opposite, ordering a bottle of water at the end of the night and the bartender confirmed that I actually wanted to use a voucher for water (which I appreciated, actually)

    It depends on how many kids and their age ranges are on a particular cruise. But you can certainly request they be kept together. Some ships do have video games, but it varies what and how many consoles in AO

    My lactose intolerant wife has eaten it without issue. Maybe they've had to switch vendors lately, but it's worth asking to see the label on the soft serve mix next time

    The soft serve ice cream is non-dairy since it's just sugar, oil and stabilizer
