With the possibility of Cuban cruises in the future, smaller ships will be required. As I understand it, until the ship is actually beached, any sale can be undone.
This sounds like a more likely scenario for other, more expensive cruise lines. Really, if you are going to lie, cheat, and steal, go big or stay home.

No snacks needed, no construction workers present. If you exit the interstate you may have to go miles before being able to get back on.
I did let my GPS pick a route and also verified with a humanoid at the terminal - a porter- that there weren't any construction bottlenecks.
