@GenerationX Thank you so much for your summary - it was very well said and appreciated by all of us...if only the heads at X would read some of these things and realize what they have done to their future. After all of us stop sailing X because of these changes (especially suites), I think they will see bookings really start to dramatically drop. I have two children in their 30's and I know that they and their spouses would in no way pay these prices, even though they're all doing really well. I'm so very sorry for your family's loss during the holidays. Lisa

These are amazing and gorgeous and well worth the price tag! Do you remember the shop where you got them?

They've had to change the product because they increased the number of Sky Suites on Edge class by a large number. I believe that the powers that be did not consider the overall effect of this increase, because we found the Retreat experience on Edge class to be inferior to that on other ships, due to this large number of Sky Suites.

When we have left over OBC, we get the tip card from Guest Services and give it out as extra tips to individual crew members that made a difference in our experience. If you don't have their employee number, you can leave it to a department.

We have decided that too. The design of E-class seems to make it more difficult with the number of passengers and especially suites. We have decided to stick with S-class now for any future Celebrity cruises.

I also appreciate your SS experience comments. Although we didn’t sail suites at the time, it sounds like what I envision SS used to be when they weren’t allowed in Luminae or Michael’s Club. Like a second class suite experience. For those of you who sailed in one back then, is that what it seems is happening?
