What is special about Bartolome Island that you feel you are going to miss?

I always take this picture too. I would have expected this hall to be fully decorated already! I always love walking down it, knowing I’m headed off to a new adventure!

I’ve been following the other one as well, but super excited to follow yours as we will be on the Southern Loop and flying from ORD too! What type of room do you have on Xpedition?

Can you post a picture of the backpack? Do you know if the people in the Royal Suite get one too?

So is this just the bottom of your shoes you have to rinse off? Or the whole shoe? I’m envisioning an uncomfortably wet tennis shoe all week….

Oh how I HATE that gauntlet!

This is actually not quite true. We were on Infinity's Antarctica cruise from Buenos Aires in February and all they had was Coke Zero, no Diet Coke. And halfway through the cruise they even ran out of the Coke Zero. They would not even sell you a bottle or can, they would just pour part of a glass. Then on Apex out of Amsterdam in August, they didn't have Diet Coke, only Coke Zero. I know they're both diet beverages, but they do taste remarkably different, especially if you're used to drinking Diet Coke.

When we were on Apex in August I spoke with the man in charge of ordering everything (forget his title), during the Senior Officer Event in the Retreat Lounge. I specifically asked about Opulence, since it's my favorite. He said he had been told that Celebrity no longer has a contract with Grgich Hills and so they are just using up the supplies they have on hand...
