  1. Maybe it’s those in your rollcall? 🥴
  2. Big family!🤣 Do you know all those people? Crazy. Must be on the Sun. SMH
  3. Wow. Sounds like something my Engineer DH would do. He’s always trying to fix things. 🥴 It is a shame you had to spend your vacation time on this. Clever though! They need to replace those worn out sofas. Have a great cruise now.
  4. Just like your name…I would be careful of booking this, but YMMV. My thread won’t post on here. So Just google Princess Promotions cruise critic and several come up.
  5. Glad it showed up. So, about 10 days before.

    NUTS!

You can ask in the MDR at breakfast for a bowl of them. Bring your ziplock baggie. Also, I’ve always seen nuts at the Horizon/Marketplace at breakfast (near the oatmeal) and at lunch (near the salads). If you want a bowl, just ask at the buffet and they can go back and get it for you. We sometimes ask for extra olives (lunchtime at buffet) and take to our cabin for later with wine and cheese. We bring on small sealed packages of snacks/nuts/crackers for our excursions, (Depends on the ports) if we take them off.
  7. It still says $24.99 a day on the website with elite 50% off. When is the next segment? You can buy it on the App when the next segment starts.
  8. We saw that also on the Sapphire. Disgusting. I don’t care what the culture is…not in your country now…do that in your cabin! Very unsanitary. I could not eat there again. Disgusting.🤢
  9. I felt the same as you when I saw a woman had dressed her miniature dog up in matching outfits and a hair bow, pushing her dog in a umbrella stroller. Really? I asked her what type of service dog her baby was. She said it could smell when her husband’s blood sugar dropped to a dangerous level. IDK I would hope a physician would document the need for a service dog. BTW, thank you for the informative and great review.
  10. It was in drydock last April, a planned drydock. We got off the last cruise, just before going into drydock. Basically, steam cleaned, carpet and tiles replaced where needed, etc….as told to us, by many of the crew. The major changes were to move and/or add some SD’s/CD’s around the ship. The current deck plans will show you the information. It is a beautiful ship.
  11. I agree. I have been there over 30 times, flying in and staying at the hotels. 2x by ship. But, we love the pink sand beaches, aqua water, black lava coral coves, the fort, crystal caves, the people and renting motor bikes to explore the island. (Be careful on the turnabouts, they drive on the opposite side of the road!) 😆 Hamilton is expensive but it is charming, as well as the pubs. One of the most relaxing islands, especially great for a beach day. Go during the summer when the weather is warm.
  12. Thanks for posting. You could screenshot this, but could still be an argument, that I would not want. I really hope people report taxi’s that try to rip people off.
  13. They sometimes start with extra fees and then start the meter. Or, tell you there’s extra fees they have to add because of the airport. Very inflated. We don’t use taxis there anymore after they tried to scam us. We use the hotel shuttle, if there is one, or Lyft/Uber. At least we know the price ahead of time with them. Sad that Broward County allows this to happen.
  14. Lol! @Thrak is going on an Eclipse cruise with PCL, I believe. 😬
  15. Maybe the eclipse happened already and affected the time! 🤣 You lost a day already.
  16. Others have posted why you may be in the blue lane. The new App (the only one now), may show up on your phone from 11 days-3 days before sailing, the QR code (which you don’t need) and above the QR code it says Green or Blue Lane. Also shows your checkin window, which is anytime during that window, whatever is good for you.
  17. Not in the UK, but is there a cabin available in the same category of your UG, that you may prefer? If so, you may be able to change to another cabin, if it’s available in the same category. I’d look at what is available first and then ring them.
  18. No. If it’s the soda package, you shouldn’t be charged for the soda by a passing waiter or going up to the bar. The OceanNow charge 14.99 is charged once you order your first drink or food on the App, once OB. Then, you can use it to order anywhere on the ship, including to your cabin for drinks or food. Basically, it’s a one time delivery fee.
  19. I think the OP was referring to having a volume button, so that they could hear general announcements, instead of having to go open your door to hear them? IDK, now I’m not sure! 🤣
  20. Exactly my thoughts. You would never get a reservation at a SD.
  21. I’d like a volume control for the Piazza on some ships! Wouldn’t cost anything. A lot of great ideas, BTW. Most importantly, give us an App without all the bugs. Now the new App has issues, as well as the website for many. Maybe hire a new IT team? (No, that would cost money) 💰 JMO
