  1. Don’t wait for someone to call back. Many times they don’t. Go into chat or call back and tell them you will hold for a supervisor in customer solutions. They should be able to find another cabin that would work for you. Or, give you your room back, until you can give you a better option. There is a box on the website, which you can click…no upgrades. Unless they discontinued it. In the future go through a CVP at Princess. They can resolve this for you. I would request a CVP and ask for help. If they are really good, you could use them in the future. You can request one on the website or call the CVP desk 1 (800) 901-1172. Let us know. Good luck.
  2. Agree and the choice of wine is not that great. My choices of red were terrible. I couldn’t drink it. Value was $42-$44 bottle. (Their price) Definitely not worth it IMO.
  3. Yes, all the above. On the 🪰. 😂
  4. They did mention on their webinar recently, that they will open more in a couple of weeks. Because of the new dining concepts, it is taking a little longer to make them available.
  5. We did 47 days on the Sapphire and she’s in really good condition. No problems for us at all. Great crew! Enjoy your cruise. We preferred the midship MDR’s. The Aft MDR was always chilly.
  6. Lol. I can see me push deck 11, four times for our party of 4 and every one staring at me! 😂 Thank you for your “great” review! Appreciate it.
  7. Very interesting. So, are there instructions to that fact for folks outside the elevator? TIA
  8. Joking! Someone commented on that was next. 😳
  9. Are you referring to this Ports of Call? https://www.cruisecritic.com/hub/cruise-ports Also, the other thread is general information on CC members for Ports of call. https://boards.cruisecritic.com/forum/2-ports-of-call/
  10. Seems the ports are doing different things now with the transfers. We were discussing LA port. Good to know about PE though. We usually just Uber/Lyft there.
  11. Contact the head of housekeeping, if nothing is done. That is disgusting.
  12. No, it’s the same. We just did a transfer from ship to LAX. My post #11 states: they gave us transfer tickets. When we got outside, they told us where to catch the bus. We got on, no one wanted to collect or see our tickets. 🥴
  13. I would ask your steward if he/she can exchange, or should you call RS. Some stewards have preferred you to call RS, since it really their responsibility. The last few cruises, they ask us to call RS. But, yes, as others stated, NP for your exchanges.
  14. That’s correct. Most Of the ships have been 5-630p for the Elite lounge. This is better, as the early diners can participate also.
  15. Great take on that term! Yes, it could be considered family style in that case. You do see that sometimes.
  16. The App is still not showing the loyalty status correctly for many guests, me included. I have reported it to IT a few times since the new App was released. When they updated the new App to show our future cruises, it caused other issues for some of us. SMH I would not worry about that or the completed cruises shown on the App. Most important thing is that your account on the website is correct.
  17. Very true. But, it is odd they have a service charge on a cover charge. Never heard that before. SMH
  18. Pretty strict rules. I wonder if any other ports will have these restrictions because of LNG refueling? Thank you for posting this.
  19. I don’t believe that has changed. I’ve heard it’s the same.
