  2. It may be a new prompt for you to try on their agents O.N.E. IDK But, just looking at possible cruises, don’t sign in, just explore cruises you are interested in and contact your CVP, at PCL to book it.
  3. I agree. We were told you “all” had to be Elite. So, I would still ask, it won’t hurt anything.
  4. That really stinks! I guess a lot of us on CC are a very similar, loyalty guest, as you. Surprised the CVP couldn’t honor the OBC. I really do feel your frustration.
  5. I don’t see a problem with it. PCL has never been on the top of the rewards page, you always had to scroll down 4 or 5 times. I went all the way to the payment page, without issue. Did you enter the CC, and then a problem? Recheck your details on the CC, maybe?

  7. Yes and no. I’ve had mine arrive with the wrong loyalty color, as it showed wrong on the App too. No big deal, GS has stickers to put over it, if you want the correct color. Only problem, if it’s wrong on the App: you can’t get the 50% discount on Medallion Net, it’s a pain to call in. 😳 If the Medallion is the wrong color, you can be questioned to go into the Elite lounge at the port….my DH had the right color shipped, so showed his. Go figure. Other than those issues….NP! 🤣 Yes, it is correct once OB, and you login.
  8. The website version is having issues for quite a few. The weekends seem to be the worst time for the website IT group loading or updating. I would try again today or Monday.
  9. It’s always been that way. The App, after you log in once OB, is for that cruise only. You can work on upcoming cruises by going on the PCL website, cruise personalizer, like @Thrak said.

  12. The new app, they just appear about 11 days before sailing. But, with all their changes, updates, bugs…not sure when they are appearing any more. They should not tell you that you will get a QR code, when it’s not even used. You do not need it. You’re in the green lane, have your Medallion, passport with any documents required and print your luggage tags and travel summary…you’re ready to go. Here’s a copy of what it looked like with the new App in January, but IDK now what they are doing with it.

  14. The bug first showed as you being under 18, a minor account, so you could not accept the passage contract. Believe they fixed that bug, as it was widespread. Mine was fixed. If I was ready to leave soon, I would have pursued. A lot of these bugs are corrected, and along comes another. Quite annoying.
  15. Usually 5-7 days, depends on your bank. We’ve seen the refund back in 2-3 days on our CC.

  21. Well…I am not a minor anymore. I’m now 18 years old, according to the App! 😂 That corrected itself in about a week. 🥴
  22. Sorry your experience was so bad with the noise. If you were on deck 8, there may have been something loose with or around the lifeboats. If it happens on any future cruise, (whatever line) I’d go all the way up the chain of command to get someone to correct it. They really should have addressed this right away, that is not right. Did you ever find out what it was? If you’re not going to cruise with them again, there’s not much of a suggestion for you. If you want to post a complaint, you can do that on the website. Look under..contact us and you’ll see the drop down menu to complain post cruise.
  23. CC refund should show up in 5-7 days, depends on the bank. Sometimes faster. The App is a whole different ballgame. 🥴 Don’t stress over it.
