  1. Apologies - I can't edit it - the "concierge" land packages are super pricey and communication goes through a Regent Rep and it can take weeks to make a single change. We have started booking them outside now because of this.
  2. Yep - that's what I call a standard land package. They are perfectly fine (I love them personally) but most of my clients customize their vacations to the point that the Regent cruise is just a small part of their trip.
  3. One time per person per booking. I ALWAYS deviate at max time window (currently 210 days). I research flight option beforetime taking into account what airline the client wants miles on/prefers and what can be done with as few stops possible. There is nothing worse than arriving in your departure city tired and jet-lagged. I submit up to 3 different flight options that I want to know availability and pricing on. Also, you can fly up to 30 days before and 30 days after your cruise so very often a client will roll in an extended vacation with land packages on each end. Regent offers standard land packages as well as special concierge packages (both very expensive and difficult to plan). We often will book these outside of Regent.
  4. You can also ask any bartender to set you up with a little tasting at the bar
  5. The fee is not per call - it is a one-time fee and if you deviate, only $100 is charge to match the original total of $175. It is still the best $175 you can possibly spend on your vacation. I deviate ALL my clients - it isn't optional - even if I have to pay for it.
  6. By all accounts they are having a great time...with over 600 on board.
  7. What happens if you change your DNS addresses to Google?
  8. Best advice ever - I do this for all my bookings be they for me or others.
  9. So they took Regent's air, missed a connection, Regent couldn't get them to the cruise or any other port and they went home and insurance made them whole?
  10. I always bring a dark suit for dinner with staff. If they have to dress up, I will do them the respect of dressing up as well. Other than that, I am pretty laid back. You will never feel out of place my over-dressing although you might be asked to change if you don't meet the dress code (as you should).
  11. Did they go and miss a flight or did they decide not to even try?
  12. Starlink coming to all ships as soon they turn it on. Mariner has it on already.
  13. Edited to remove post pending re-reading the thread so I don't quote bad info. Sorry for the delay. If you would like a callback, please press 1.
  14. I think they are offering to all who booked. If you no-showed at the gate, it doesn't effect the credit.
  15. It seems Regent is offering 25% to all people booked on this cruise for the missed ports.
  16. You have Future Cruise Credit. You have1 year to make a booking and apply the credit and the sailing must be within 2 years now.
  17. You get them at the SSS level points, not based on your suite.
  18. So fair to assume 10% or so skipped the cruise...
  19. Azamara also has nude cruises (charters) so I can imagine!
  20. They stopped around the beginning of the year. They still give out pleather luggage tags for the lower levels and leather ones for Platinum and above. Covid hit the cruise lines hard and all the NCLH lines are cutting back on non-fuel expenses by 15% as they have to refi their Covid debt at crazy rates (They just refinanced a ton at 8.125%).You will have the same wonderful experience on board - no worries.
  21. Yep...not that far out of the "normal" range for a ship that sold at 100%. Sometimes 100% show up....sometimes a good bit lower. 92% is a solid number given the circumstances.
  22. I think Voyager sailed with 603 out of what, 650? Not many no-shows.
