  1. No because the tools in Sacramento let 73% of the all fresh water flow strait out in the ocean without diverting it to farm or urban use. This is a man made drought.
  2. I imagine you get a lot more of it than we do in the Central Valley. I had stuff I wanted to do today outside... Now I'm sitting in my recliner complaining about the cold. I can't believe that I have lost all my inherent Vancouver imperviousness to cool damp weather. It's not even really cold and I'm miserable about it.
  3. Another dreary day today. It's overcast and the forecast is for rain to start again in about a half hour. I'm about sick of it. We got one day of respite yesterday with some nice sunshine and were back to the rain again this is so weird.
  4. That’s great for guys. We have a weird wet new year. It is wet and damp and drizzly, which is not normal around here, and feels like I’m back in Vancouver. What’s weirder is that the forecast shows that it’s going to be drizzly and in the 50’s for the next week or so.
  5. Happy Birthday Andrew. Enjoy your cruise and your respite from a bitter Canadian winter. http://bmacards.com/ac8jW0
  6. Here is a video of 10636. I couldn't find anything on the other cabins you listed.
  7. I'm a little anxious too... 🙂 We sail Harmony next December when she is sailing from Galveston. I'm chomping at the bit to get a good look at her through Andrew's eyes.
  8. They show on mine. If you tell me what you are looking for I'll post screen shots.
  9. I have just purchased some on Amazon. 4 packs were $99. Unfortunately they don't work with Non-apple devices. I used products from here but it didn't much success with them but I bought the cheapest one they had... The may have product that is more similar to Airtags https://www.tile.com/blog/does-airtag-work-with-android
  10. With Diamond vouchers the plan no longer makes sense for me. That being said, before I made Diamond anything up to $75 pppd would have saved me money.
  11. Sadly it's not showing up on mine yet. Ive had good luck with these so far.
  12. They were inexpensive. That was another reason why I used them so much. We would sometime be able to get Oakland -> Seattle and return for as little as $49 each way. Rarely would I pay more than $99 each way. When I was working in SoCal, which was often. They had three airports for me to choose from, LAX, Palm Springs, and San Diego that flew directly into Bellingham. I purchased a small carryon that was exactly the size of the maximum size they allowed for your free personal item. It was basically the size of a really fat briefcase. It would fit under seat in front of me. Often my trips up and back were short and I could usually just stuff that little bag full and avoid paying the bag fees. I realized in my previous post I sounded kind of negative. That wasn't fair. I probably flew at least 50 times with them over a three or four year stretch and for my purposes they worked great. Except for one snafu got me where I intended to go every time.
  13. Thanks Graham. My wife says I'm a big baby when I get sick... I'm trying to argue that I don't complain when it's a minor thing like her so it just seems like I'm a big baby because I only complain when it's really bad. She not having any of that.
  14. Thanks Dani. 🙂 Cruise Critic will keep me entertained for the next couple of days. Andrew is doing a "live" I have that...
  15. Oh my, Allegiant is a bit of a deal. They are definitely a budget budget airline. I used to fly them all the time when we still owned a home and other property up in Canada. They were the only airline that flew direct into Bellingham WA out of a few different locations in CA. I could be at our house in Langley BC in 30 minutes from there which is much more convenient than flying to Seattle and driving up or connecting in Seattle and having to wait for the connection. There seats were terribly uncomfortable and they charge for everything. Bags, carry on, even soda if I remember right. That being said, they always got me where I was going, so no complaints on that front.
  16. I guess that means I'll get my cruise docs in 2 days... I'm boarding Navigator two day after you get on board your ship.
  17. I'm definitely following along... I love your reviews Andrew... I proposed to my wife at The Keg in New Westminster BC 30 years ago this coming January. That Keg doesn't exist anymore but I never miss an opportunity to go the Keg when I'm back home.
  18. I never thought about that... That's a brilliant idea.
  19. I just got off a plane in Oakland last night. There was a giant mountain of lost luggage stacked just beside luggage carousels.
