You're right abut 12 on M class. For some reason I was thinking of the 4 big ones on S class. I'm a bit muddled today and in the process of packing which I hate!

How far away is your cruise? Usually when it gets close to sailing, Celebrity opens up these 4 cabins for anyone to book. Good luck in getting one.

Hurrah! We sail July 25 and had arranged for proctored tests for which there is no refund! This is a big relief not to have to worry about testing positive.

I don't like the color. Any other colors available?

This is great to hear Maryann. We have booked with Lifecenters to do the test in Dublin next Sunday and we will be using the green box also. i hope it all goes as planned. Isn't this COVID virus a huge stress for us travelers!

I agree with CaptainBazz, just go to a bank and exchange the USD for CDN. Problem solved. There are also places that exchange currency

Interesting thread. I have no OBC left for my cruise, so I guess I won't be shopping. I have always thought the prices of merchandise on board any cruise were too high.

Thanks Jazzbeau. We board in 16 days and I hope they recognize our status with Celebrity. It also looks like we might accumulate points on each program which would be great. Can't wait to experience Azamara and I do hope we will make it onto the ship! This negative COVID test is such a stress.

Did you join the captain's Club after your first cruise? They will give you a member number. If you are a member you should get points for your cruises. If both your cruises were in suites, you should get at least 8 points/day (more if it is a higher class suite) and that would put you in Classic, maybe in Select depending on the length of your cruises. https://www.celebritycruises.com/ca/captains-club

Lunastella, thank you so much for your detailed, well written and humorous review. it is such a contrast to the other one recently which had us convinced to skip the Beyond. I also appreciate a review that is not in a suite. I didn't realize when I read your first post that you are from Dublin. We fly there 2 weeks from today. I am Irish also and my family sailed out of Dublin in 1957 for our new life in Canada. It will be wonderful to sail out of Dublin again and see the Bull Wall where we used to walk. Your pictures are awesome. I loved that breakfast you had before sailing. I look forward to your impression of Beyond and of course, the pictures.

With the shares at $100 less than they used to be, can you blame them for cutting things? I agree with having the canapes withdrawn. You can get a cheese plate if you prefer.

We also book AQ for Blu. couldn't care less abut Persian Garden. On our last cruise which was the first time at sea for Eclipse after 2 years sitting idle, our waiter in Blu recognized us. Made us fell like celebrities. We love the small dining room and the personal attention there. Try it you'll love it.

Yes. We are able bodied seniors and we get up really early on disembarkation day to get near the head of the line and off quickly so we don't hold anyone up.

Thank you for getting back to us. I'm glad your luggage was found but I don't think you should have to pay for the shipping. Celebrity gave you the wrong number and they should pay. I agree that you should escalate this as algebraluvr said.

Thank you so much for the reassurance. We are flying non-stop to Dublin and hoping all goes well. On the return trip we fly out of Schipol which we hear is bad too. Hope your trip to Nairobi goes well too. That's a long trip.

Gosh, I thought testing positive for COVID would be the only thing to keep us from sailing. Now we have to worry about Air Canada. We fly to Dublin July 20 and we do so hope it is not cancelled.
