You only need a Booster shot, if your final vaccination of your original series, is longer than 5 months ago. Once you have at least 1 Booster you are considered to be fully vaccinated. There is no time limit on how long ago you had the Booster, except sometimes they want it taken at least 14 days before you cruise.
I was on Eurodam June 22, 2022 to July 6, 2022. Ate at the Pinnacle 4 times, meals were always very good. No surcharges for anything except the Lobster, Cavier, 16 oz. Delmonico Steak and Tomahawk Rib Eye.
Why would you think that the staff cares about where you eat lunch? Also, why do you think being rude to a staff member will get you better results? They always serve lunch in the MDR on embarkation day, Noon to 1:00, anybody is welcome to eat there. No need to inquire if they are open, just show up between Noon and 1:00. If for some operational problem they are not open just grab an elevator and go to the lido.
You just do not get it. Your problem is not my problem and your attempt to make it my problem is just plain wrong. You need to analyze your attitude toward others, operating like you is never going to be productive.
I have a PS Cabin and do not appreciate that you think it is ok to bargain away something I paid for. You have a problem, trying to make it my problem is beyond selfish.
The shareholder benefit has been approved for sailings up to and including July 31, 2023. They historically renew it for 1 year at their annual meeting. Since this has not occurred yet I would keep quiet about receiving the benefit for cruises after that July 2023 date.
I do this alll the time, If you buy Specialty Dinners precruise you are charged, and then they credit your ship board account when you are on board. If AMEX canceled the charge to Princess you can be sure they canceled your dinner.
There is a post right here, LIVE: Zaandm June 4 to 11 Montreal to Boston

I recently upgraded to a CC Mini Suite from a Mini suite, it cost $1,000 per person for a 15 day cruise. The price price difference is specific to to itinerary, some cost more than others, but if you want the CC Mini Suite book early.
From HAL's FAQ's for Europe.

Please post this type of information to the proper Roll Calls, somebody there might actually be interested in this information, which means nothing to us who are not on these ships on these dates.
