  4. I was going to use Welcome Pickups. 17:50 arrival. Was going to pick 18:50 for pick up to give it an hour to get bags and clear customs. Does that seem too long to you (1 hour)?

    I agree. Iโ€™ve been through several migrations with millions of data points and you donโ€™t migrate until the data is checked.

    We have all of our papers - I am sure it will be sorted out eventually as long as they do not cancel our cruise! The last time I could actually see our cruise showed that we owed $1800. Paid in full of course already! I see two choices, neither of which I am doing - ignore all of this or accept it and relax!

    I know where you are coming from. That is really too bad that your TA messed up. Deep breaths. I am sure all will work out for you. We don't sail for almost two months and I wish we could see our upcoming cruises! Sigh!

    Our cruise (May28) is now listed but is showing the wrong itinerary and says we owe money which we do not and it has the wrong OBC. Canโ€™t book excursions yet it looks like. Deep breath! ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿ˜€

    We donโ€™t cruise until May 28th but I called them anyway. Got through in 3 min. Unfortunately they are only helping people who are cruising in the next 30 days as they said, but fyi they said they expect the website to be working by Monday ๐Ÿคž.

  17. We have used Luggage Forward in the past very successfully. If you use them, send the luggage to the ship. There is no reason to take it on the train with you if you don't need to. It's expensive but they know what they are doing!

    Iโ€™m not an IT professional but have managed companies that have done similar projects and we would always run in parallel to make sure things work before switching over. I know this can be expensive and time consuming but now they are damaging their reputation.

  22. Viking seems to have the longest final payment period of all cruise lines when they allowed 6 months never mind a year! I guess it is working for them?! The Tripmate change to include vouchers would be a positive!
  23. Sorry if this has been answered already, but if you bring wine on board at embarkation, do you have to carry it on with you as you embark and get scanned or can it go in your luggage that is brought on board by the crew?
