  1. You don't need an app for your computer. Just go to the HAL website and print the boarding pass from there.
  2. Yep, just the HAL website having fun with me! I clicked it again and still got the April 20, 2022 cruise that was listed as "Unavailable". When I refreshed the page the 2025 cruise showed.
  3. For me that linked to a 2022 cruise. It was a nice itinerary though.

  11. I suggest reviewing your statement each day on the TV in your cabin. I find it easier to catch any errors while purchases/charges are still fresh in your memory.

  13. On our last trip to the Netherlands we stayed pre-cruise in Haarlem. It was wonderful. So much more laid back than Amsterdam with plenty to do for a few days. We have stayed in Rotterdam and Amsterdam previously on land trips and have enjoyed them too.

  15. If they embarked in Vancouver the rules are different than going from one US port to another. If there is a violation, your fine would probably be added to your onboard account, they do have your credit card info.
  16. Also, check what coverage you may have with the credit card you use to book the hotel. Some include basic insurance coverage for these situations.
  17. We will be on Oosterdam in 1/2025. Can anyone tell me if the veranda cabins on deck 4 have bathtubs or shower only and are they older with shower curtains? Also, has the library been restored on the Oosterdam? Thanks!
  18. We used the Guest Service desk on our last cruise because the Neptune Lounge did not have the binder that showed all of the vases available for purchase.

  20. I've yet to have a phone conversation with the TA I've been working with for the past 5 years. I email them the details of what I want and they take care of it. I have much better things to do than wait on hold to talk with someone who may or may not be able to help me.
  21. It looks like the table in front of the loveseat is adjustable. That's nice!
  22. I like the included option to upgrade your cabin within your booked category. That has saved us quite a bit of money. I also enjoy the shorter lines and the no wait for tendering. I have used CO on both the older ships and the Pinnacle ships. I did prefer the dedicated CO dining room on the Nieuw Statendam (Pinnacle class) but still appreciated having the shorter line for the MDR on the Nieuw Amsterdam (Signature class). I also took advantage of the expanded room service menu. I can't think of anything I disliked.
