  1. From Kings Court you can get a combination of pineapple juice, cranberry juice, orange juice and lemonade all day. It just depends which drink station you are at. Each machine usually just has two/ three of the choices so if you want a particular flavour you may have to hunt it out. Also have water, iced water and ice available.
  2. Oh no. Thank you for drawing this to my attention. I can do without but I had better warn them. The eldest always is in QG and is very untidy !! so I am sure she leaves it lying about as she would never be so organised as to put to it away and no one has ever said anything. She is nearly Diamond so sadly will have be doing this for a while. Time to stop I think.
  3. Not in Britannia or Golden Lion at lunch time. Not sure about buffet but don’t recall anything.
  4. Yes definitely.Never had an issue. Also bring a Dyson so do my daughters when they travel independently.
  5. UK terms and conditions are not the same as for other markets so offers may not be comparable. When I booked a few weeks ago it was a low deposit of 175 p p and the extra OBC was offered according to cabin grade and length of cruise. For longer cruises there was also a 3% discount offered. For 9 days single ocean view I received an extra 100$
  6. No it’s just some cabins will and always have cost more due to their position and which deck they are on. There is no catch if you want a better position more suitable to your preferences, it will come at a cost. All cruise brands operate the same pricing system so P&O are not an outlier by doing this. Usually the cheapest cabins are forward , then aft, then mid forward/aft and mid ships the most expensive
  7. Not on lunch time menu on QV/QM everything was included except as other posters have said any drinks were as you would expect charged
  8. Different market/ itinerary was my thinking. I have only been on QE once just before she went back to Australia and her normal itinerary and they didn’t have it then. Perhaps they will then it’s its popular. Lunches certainly are. I eat there most days unless I fancy the Britannia lunch offering. QM2 does have a reduced lunch choice compared to QV and what I remember from QE
  9. I wouldn’t have thought there was the need. If they hadn’t done it yet I think unlikely.
  10. You would have received an email form Cunard if your booking had changed or your T A
  11. Just got my revised itinerary today. My 5 night European cruise is now 4 nights without the overnight in Bruges / Zeebrugge. I am getting a 50$ OBC and the cruise will be repriced. Not really bothered as was only really wanting to do some shopping and like to sail around Christmas to see the decorations. We have to be a day less so she can sail a day earlier as she needs to arrive a day earlier in NY
  12. I think it’s 15% but I don’t really take a lot of notice.
  13. The headline price will always be for the cheapest available at that grade.
  14. I misunderstood I thought you were talking about daily service charge
  15. Just off QM2 Daily gratuities were14.50$ a person per night. More for Grills 16.50 $ I think.
  16. Yes they should do . You should as others have said be offered a balcony or seaview for the exact same price it was when you booked . Don’t let them tell you otherwise. Also considered obscured cabins as they are cheaper and if money is an issue a good way to get some view or fresh air
  17. Oh great thank you that explains it.I was last on QE just after the restart before she went back to Australia and to resume her normal itineraries.
  18. Does the Golden Lion do a dinner menu ? I am sure I have not seen that on QV or QM2 Been on QM2 3 times since June ? Wondered where my favourites were. My embarkation day ritual is Golden Lion Chicken curry.
  19. So good to read an upbeat report.
  20. No still doesn’t bother me. I would only ever be on a table with my family or by myself so not relevant I suppose but even if I was with a group of friends or colleagues I don’t have a problem but again I am never likely to go to fine dining establishment so don’t really know what the standard is. As long as the service is friendly, timely and efficient I am good.
  21. I am on the 3 night Le Havre cruise it’s definitely available .
  22. I have not been asked to show it since the first few cruises after the restart.
  23. I’ve never had one on board or post cruise for P&O or Cunard since restart. Never had any issues either so would like to do one.
  24. Well if that’s what it means I would have no issue with that however I have never sat a table when the group wasn’t family friends or colleagues and I don’t do high end dining at home so perhaps this is not a thing? Certainly the chains or pubs I have eaten in have done this before.
