  1. Was on Apex in March 2022... The pizza was decent, hand tossed type pizza was all I ate, pretty much grab and smash a piece here and there for me.
  2. Will be on Beyond in two weeks, just checked the app and is still complimentary except for late night..
  3. CC ? Cruise Critic or Celebrity Cruises??? Two completely different things...
  4. Not sure if I can properly answer, just my current experience... I have a Beyond cruise very soon, I'm booked for a SV. The minimum bid up to a Sky Suite has started $1000pp and has not changed. As of last week there were still 25+ Sky suites available... Not sure if it helps, but that is my current experience.
  5. Excellent review, I was on Apex in March and loved it, so booked Beyond and leave in a few weeks. We are stopping at Cozumel and Grand Cayman and have never been to either port, so was great/ not so great to hear about a recent stop there. The only 2 excursions I booked through X are in those ports so hopefully a bit smoother. I only booked a 2 hour snorkel in Gr Cayman so I'm off the ship first... If you ever make it back to Key West and have a full day in port I highly recommend the sea plane to Dry Tortugas, it's and unbelievable 4-5 hour trip.... They sell out months in advance, so early planning is required, but well worth the time and money.
  6. Just a guess, but probably the one named “Public Beach”
  7. Happened to a family on my March Apex cruise. They saw us sailing away from Ft Lauderdale on their landing in FLL. They tried to meet up in San Juan, but missed that as well (don't recall why) and was finally able to join the ship in St Thomas.
  8. $109 for Premium $89 for classic before any discounts...
  9. Just my 2 cents…in a similar situation, I was going to do beach day at blue lagoon until I found out they cage sea mammals for profit. I personally will not give my hard earned money to that operation. Now I am going to Junkanoo and maybe walk over and check out the new Margaritaville.
  10. The OP is on board and cruising, I’m sure their figuring it out, doing what we are not, cruising on vaca 😎
  11. Doubtful, your only allowed 1 drink per card, you would be walking back and forth to the bar all vacation.
  12. Pants are required in the evening, except in the buffet. I get it, nice dinning equals nice dress. This is 1 of only 2 complaints I have about Celebrity. There are a lot of very nice outfits for men and women that involve shorts. A Caribbean cruise is in warm weather, people wear shorts in warm weather. Not to worry I will have plenty of pants on my soon to leave, warm Caribbean cruise. 😄
  13. Not sure where I read it, maybe on one of the menu's. It was for an additional entree...
  14. 😂 Not sure why I’m even relying to this. Geezer……..
  15. Now I'm going to have to look at my daily's from March and see what it said then.
  16. When I was looking at the daily's I was surprised to see that. I was on Apex Eastern Caribbean in March and there was a group of college aged "kids" that were all drinking (very well behaved) No clue if they were 21+ but did not appear to be (I can't judge age on kids these days) My sister had a similar situation on NCL with her son, but he was 17 on that sailing and they would not let him drink even though she would have allowed him too. ( I think that ruined the cruise for him, so sad 😂)
  17. Not yet, there is a cover charge for the specialty restaurants. If you want a second "main course" in specialty restaurant I think they charge $20 for that.
  18. This is from a Eastern Caribbean cruise out of Ft Lauderdale thread on an E-class ship. On the lower right it say "Guests must be 18 years old or over to posses and/or drink alcohol"
