Good to know you did get the OBC even though you were less than 4 weeks out. With the old process of emailing, last minute bookings were not an issue - seems this new process may cause a lot of people who book last minute to lose out on OBC.

As long as it works, I suppose it doesn't matter, but I would like to know it's at least as strong as what I had. He did show me a pipe that needs to be adjusted because it's angled up instead of down, but wanted $75 on top of what I already paid. Nope, not happening. So I have to call the service company, he says they won't cover it, but I'll call anyway. Currently 57° headed to 81° with Monday forecasted at 86°- I think Mother Nature needs to look at a calendar - it's still February. Prayers and positive thoughts for all.

K'dam library last month had a great selection. I finished one book and got about half way through another by the time the cruise ended. I rushed to get a copy so I could finish it once home.

Thete have been a few me tions of "crisp new US dollars." Is that just what posters are saying or do tour providers really want "crisp new" $$ or will they accept the often scraggly "gently loved" bills that tend to be in circulation?

I was "adopted" on my Christmas New Years Hawaii cruise - they texted me as they headed to the shuttle each morning and even asked me to join them at dinner one night. So sweet.

Yes, generally 2 days, so if you disembark on Sat, example, last day to send out laundry would be Thurs. Your cabin steward will usually alert you. Also, you can send clothes out first day so if you have land stay prior you can send out the dirties straight away.

Between the front and backyard, we have all 4 of those colors. Right now, they all look like sad, dead twigs; including the big white one in the front.

We've enjoyed some great window views in PG, but I have never checked to see if they're open on Glacier Bay day. Agree the views would likely be awesome, we rotate between our balcony, bow and Crow's Nest.
