You are D+ so that means you have cruised a lot. I would think you would understand the problem with booking under anything other than another cabin. The cleaning crews can only do their job on the pool deck when it is empty. Other than moving you to another cabin (which they are not obligated to do) what would you have them do….have the crews stop working so you can sleep? I am sorry you are having a problem but having a fit with everyone onboard for a room you chose yourself is a bit much. Next time select a better cabin….

sorry…..yes you do need to be connected to some kind of WiFi. What I wanted to emphasize was if you leave the ship’s WiFi it won’t work once you leave the ship. Some people think it will work everywhere and that is not the case…

We have AT&T…….we always buy the ship’s WiFi package. We put our phones on Airplane Mode (very important!)…….turn on WiFi calling and then we can use our phones to make calls and text just as we were at home. This would only apply while you were on the ship and on their wifi…..

open up your app and swipe to the left……down at the bottom it will show you exactly what day your check in opens….

my husband uses a CPAP and we never, ever check that!!! It stays with us in a carry on!! Sorry…..but it is very unwise to let a piece of medical equipment out of your sight!!

If you look at the videos there is so much more beyond the amusement type atmosphere!!! One important thing to note is this ship is bringing more floor to ceiling ocean views, something that was always lacking on the Oasis class of ships. To each his own….but I believe it’s going to be a huge hit! We cannot wait to book the Icon and we are in our 70’s!!

Honestly the price of hotels around Orlando will probably be cheaper than the ones at Canaveral.

I don’t particularly like carrying a phone with me but my pacemaker is monitored 24/7 on my phone so I have no choice. But I do enjoy having the paper Cruise Compass because I like to read it before going to bed to decide what things I might like to do the next day.

Last month on the Harmony we never got one. I didn’t bother to ask the room steward as I mostly used my app. however……I did miss it so on my next cruise I am definitely going to request it every day…

As usual Royal doesn’t update their website as quickly as they change policies. You will answer 3 health questions when you do you check in where you select your time to arrive at the terminal. There is no longer a health questionnaire 24hrs before boarding and you will not have to answer any questions at the terminal….

We did My Time for years but after the Harmony changed the way they handle it we went back to Traditional several years ago and never looked back. There used to be a dining specifically saved for just My Time dining but now they use that dining room to also seat the first wave of early Traditional diners. This is the reason you cannot get a My Time reservation before 6:30-7:00pm (if you are lucky). Every single night when we would come out of early traditional dining the lines for My Time was out the dining room doors and down the hall way past the elevators…..on both sides!!! My suggestion it to change to Traditional if you can!!
