  1. See if your TA can get ahold of an updated spreadsheet like referenced above. That ought to be one of the documents Celebrity can provide a travel professional. The one posted is older but presumably there should be an updated one out there.
  2. Celebrity will not provide the answers you seek, at least they never have in the past. All you can do is check country by country and be sure that your friend is ok for re-entering the US.
  3. Simple, just move the table out of your way🤪
  4. Room with a window is what it is, not a balcony at all
  5. Sunsetme, did you book through a travel agent or directly with Celebrity? Was it booked on board? Without knowing more about your booking we can’t tell you if anything unusual it happened. We can tell you that your Captains Club level has nothing to do with onboard credit.
  6. Call Captains Club to make sure that your two accounts are linked correctly.
  7. Uncomfortable chairs? I don’t know what you’re talking about. These are perfectly fine to me.🤪
  8. You can do all three either at the terminal or onboard. The app is not required.
  9. There is a difference between the arrival time and the embarkation. If your arrival time is 1130, that’s when you should come to the terminal. Your embark time will depend on how quickly the ship clears and how many other passengers there are. You may embark quickly or you may be waiting in the terminal for some period of time.
  10. It’s probably too soon to tell
  11. I don’t think anyone knows if there is a limit on the number of transfers they sell. If the transfer is important to you, you should book it now.
  12. Well, that is a bizarre thought. No, it takes about two minutes. But you can do it anytime in that four hour 45 minute window. on embarkation day, open up the app and answer two or three short health question, and view the safety video. your 11:30 appointment is your arrival time. You will actually board when the ship is cleared and ready for you when you board, the rooms will be open and you can drop your carry-on there. They may not be 100% ready but you can leave your carry-on while you go to lunch, go to your muster station, explore the ship, etc.. So sometime in that window,, go to your muster station and check in there. That’s all there is to it.
  13. Perhaps you already have some clothes that you saved for special occasions like weddings. Shop in your closet. Sparkly or silky scarves can dress up a plain top. Be creative.
  14. In general, they do introduce themselves. If you would like to meet yours you can always summon him/her by phone.
  15. You can try googling that ship and sail date to see if there are any matches. But that doesn’t mean that there wouldn’t be a large group. Any private group, like a corporate group or a club or even a large family, wouldn’t be open to bookings of nonmembers, and so it would never show up on a search.
  16. If, as an Aqua guest, you wish to dine in the main dining room, coordinate it with the blue staff. They can tell you when the best time would be. You do not have a main dining room table assignment, so you should not just show up there and expect to be seated but if you want to go there occasionally instead of Blu, the staff can make that arrangement for you.
  17. Have you contacted Celebrity or your travel agent?
  18. I remember that there was a law passed, I believe in Alaska, that these so-called shopping experts had to reveal that they were paid by the stores. Language to that effect was added to the shopping maps they passed out with the “recommended “stores marked on them. interestingly, royal Caribbean still has these shopping “experts” on their ships.
  19. Take a look at the reviews section of Cruisecritic
