Don’t lose hope. My dad was on a waitlist of over 100 for the Pacific Princess 50th Anniversary cruise back in 2015 that included the original Love Boat cast and he cleared the waitlist about 2 months prior. We were all shocked he actually was going to get to go.

No, I didn’t book the sanctuary and I don’t know how crowded or not it was. In reading other threads about it, seems you have to go there right after you board to get the spot you want. Good Luck!

Just off Discovery on Saturday. Everything back to normal, they were serving you at the buffet the first couple of days but on Monday going forward it was self serve.

They are played in either the Princess Theater or Vista Lounge/Club Fusion or Explorer’s Lounge/Princess Live. There’s only a couple a day playing on Muts.

Football & the World Cup was shown everyday on Muts with a movie or concert sprinkled in.

It’s $149.00 for the week.

I agree with you. I really doubt they read the surveys. I miss the comment cards for the crew because I feel their acknowledgements go unnoticed with the survey. Princess will keep doing it until people vote with their wallets. Things will change on a dime when it’s no longer profitable for them. I always book the plus package as it’s a good value for me and my cruising style but if they keep raising prices/taking things away, I’ll go with Basic fare.

I managed to escape it until my 10 day cruise last September when I woke up on debarkation morning feeling fine but a “frog” in my throat. I got home and since I had to go to work the next day, I decided to test and was shocked it was positive, only because I felt fine. It was like a mild/moderate head cold for me.

This is the Pistachio Dome I got last night on Discovery. They must be phasing out the original one. I had to assemble the Dome myself.

It does look like vegetable soup but it tasted good. Just a completely different starter than how it was before.

It’s so weird when they decide to do it or not because I’m on the Discovery and Sunday night was formal and they only passed around champagne, no waterfall but on Sapphire in September, they had it.

I’m not sure about the speed but I do know that sometimes I can’t get into cruise critic at all, but it’s ok for the most part. We are at capacity for sure. I have heard people talking about how crowded last week was with all the kids. I do have the Plus Pkg and I will stop by and say hello to them for you and let them know you’re sending us their way. 😊 Interesting, I wanted to get something from the Bellini Bar but all the drinks are above the $12 limit of the plus pkg but I think that martini falls within it. I’ll be sure to give it a try, sounds yummy. Thank you!!

Oh, good to know. I guess I should book a B2B so I’m aware of these things. 😁 Did you see Rock Opera? Deciding whether it’s worth checking out.

I’m on the ship too. Just in case you haven’t seen it yet, we change the clocks forward 1 hour again tonight. Ugh.

I’m on the Discovery now and there is only two production shows on this sailing. They are at 7:30 & 9:30. Rock Opera on Sunday 11/27, and tonight 11/29. Spotlight Bar is only on Friday, 12/2. The other nights are comedians, illusionists and some other singer.

The comedians on board rotate out every week. The one we had on my current sailing is very clean and is hilarious but he disembarked on our day in Cabo, they’ll be a different one on next cruise I’m sure.

Come to think of it, there was a small boat that was up towards the bow hatch or whatever that door is called but I didn’t think anything of it. Oh well, she’s on her way now.
