  1. You could Taxi to the Money Bar for good, but not great snorkeling from the shore - no admission fee, but you should buy some snacks/drinks. Then cab to Nachi for the rest of the day.
  2. Taxi for about $75+, Uber or Lyft for a bit less unless surge pricing is in effect. You could ride the Tri-Rail train to FLL (call the hotel to find out the closest station) for under $5 each, then shuttle or taxi to your hotel. Or call Larry's Limos and arrive in style!
  3. Avis and Hertz have hotel locations within a couple of blocks of the port (depending upon which terminal), but a taxi to TPA from the port is only about $25 - why rent a car?
  4. You could uber/Lyft/taxi/shuttle to FLL and then use the Tri Rail train to MIA - more hassle, but a much cheaper option.
  5. Two van taxis or UberXL will probably win, but you can arrive in style with Larry's Limos
  6. resortpass.com will link you to hotels/resorts offering day passes to their spa/pool/beach facilities. Tip them to store your bags while you are pampered, swim and enjoy lunch.
  7. Taxi should be about $25+. Uber or Lyft may be cheaper by a few dollars.
  8. There are a few companies with downtown Miami locations, and you would need to specify which company to be sure. If a shuttle is not offered a taxi would only be about $10-12
  9. There are a few, VERY FEW, Uber and Lyft cars with car seats, but you will pay more and wait longer. Your best bet is to return to the airport baggage claim area and use the cruise line shuttle bus to the port, which will be expensive and slow.
  10. Because of the uncertainty on timing I would wait until you are clear of customs/immigration and then request your ride.
  11. Add Larry's Limos to the list. I would also call your hotel for transportation suggestions.
  12. For a 10:30 flight you need to be at FLL by about 9:00. The ride from POM to FLL will take about 30 min (plus any waiting time for your ride to arrive), so that translates into off the ship with your carry bags and clear of customs/immigration by about 8:15 or so. Not much slack in your schedule, but it can be done.
  13. Taxi from MIA to Brickell area hotels should be about $30 on the meter, and Uber or Lyft should be cheaper. Cab fare from hotel to port the next day will be $15-20
  14. With an 11:45 flight you need to be at FLL by about 9:45 or 10, which translates into off the ship, with bags, and clear of customs/immigration by about 9:30. A low or even middle number for getting off the ship and claiming your bags should work, and you might even have time for one last breakfast in the MDR!
  15. The asnwer to all of your PB questions can be found here: Paradise Beach Cozumel – Paradise Beach Cozumel WordPress
  16. resortpass.com will hook you up with hotels and large resorts offering day passes to their spa/pool/beach facilities. Tip them to store your bags while you swim. relax and grab some lunch and drinks.
  17. Two one-way rental cars are your best bet. The drive from MCO to the FLL area will take about 3.5+ hours. Grab an early breakfast and you can be on the ship before noon.
  18. I know of no downtown Miami hotel offering airport shuttles. The Holiday Inn has not offered port shuttles in the past, but since you can see the port from some of the rooms a taxi will be cheap, and Uber or Lyft should be about $10.
  19. With that flight time you do not have minutes to spare waiting for Uber or Lyft - grab the first taxi in line.
  20. If you are looking for a livelier atmosphere and water toys, choose Sanchos. If you want a quiet, relaxing, uncrowded day at the beach with better (IMHO) food/drinks/service, choose Nachi.
  21. Pre-Covid we used Chase Suites in the Rocky Point area for airport and port shuttles - there were several other hotels and dining options close by. Check with them to see if they still offer cruise packages. Or check parksleepfly.com and stay 123.com and many other sites for hotel parking packages. If a shuttle is not included a taxi to the port will be about $25 and Uber or Lyft should be less.
  22. That's a lot of hassle (2 cabs and train ride) to save a few bucks? But you have lots of time between ships and asked for cheap, so maybe ...
  23. Go Port left many people without refunds when things shut down in 2020. Cruise Connection, Cortrans and Cocoa Beach Shuttle get better reviews on this board. You might also price out a one way car rental which might work out better than per person charges for a shuttle.
