Can't trust US carriers either. American had mechanical late 2021 with best offer getting there 36 hours late. As far as NCL air, they imply they will help with issues but how many stories do we have like the OP?

Cagney's has generally gone down hill, prices increased, so yes, Haven generally a better option.

We last sailed POA in 2016 and the wood fired pizza was probably best in fleet.

The beach is Rocky and swim area not that large so snorkeling not worth it. We've been six times now and only about 1/3 ever in use. Totally up to you.

The last couple they started out with exclusions including canes, etc.

FWIW, the whole changes to inside passage sailings has been going on for years. Why it changes, no idea, but there have been numerous complaints about that one. More recently, from reports here, missed or changed ports with no refunds has increased dramatically.

They were limiting SDPs, unofficially, on the ships years ago like 2015. NCL site no such terms yet DW and I had it happen on Spirit and Gem back then and it was just the two of us so no side dealing, just wanted to order what we can eat. Sit down at table, not even a hello, but ..you are limited to one entree, one above entree, and one below entree. -

The whole suite with benefits for adjoining non-suites has evolved over time to where we are today. Used to happen than got phased out around 7 years ago give or take. -

You pretty much hit it except any against op are not informed. While many get it free with paid fees, $70 is crazy too much for that venue. Plus downgraded steak. -

Sailed it when fairly new. Had best cabin on ship. Won't touch it again nor GA. Too crowded even in Haven. Service stunk. -

Welcome to CC. You must be new to cruising. MSC actually has some of the lowest prices of all lines. And if there were updates, they'd only be higher.

TBH, it was first of bad behavior of six visits there. OH and beach still very quiet. They added a bunch of tables in the grass under trees so you aren't cramped inside. We went to lh bar twice a couple weeks ago. Drinks weak. Second visit extended group very annoying and harassing staff.

Never got note when it was. Didn't even get a pen with floating ship.

Just sailed. Most perks gone or not presented. Not even the card for specialty dining. Had to ask. It was a three then four night though but 2021 we had a short trip and did have them. We did get wine, chocolate bar and macaroons but no indication that it was Diamond.

The ones that were now slanted did have some damage to top, at least the ones close to dock that I could see.

Not familiar with non YC rooms. Mera does have the duplex with two baths which DW and I had recently and she used upstairs and I used downstairs. Good separation. We had RS on Mera before with DD and just the one bath. I do get the issue with MSC not really having family rooms in YC.

I should add the 3 nighter had a bunch of rude folks on OC at Lighthouse Beach.

We just did a 4 then 3 night on Mera. Other than having to get up early and wait then see glee of new folks on 3 nighter, no issues other than staff having to work extra hard due to turnover.
