  1. Eden and Le Petite Chef are not open for lunch. You should be able to get reservations as a couple of weeks ago on our cruise, restaurants were being discounted and several restaurants had many times available. Unfortunately, Eden was not one of them.
  2. Looks like some people have nothing to do. Slow day. Well, you only have to sign a beverage slip if you are OVER the package limit. That has always been the case.
  3. We got the same "booking" but on a different Apex cruise. This is obviously an error related to the growing pains of adding the status discount to the reservation process. Should be taken care of shortly I expect.
  4. You will be assigned a restaurant for the first night but you can go wherever or whenever you wish. As mentioned, just ask for a table for 2 and it will be provided. You can dine in any of the four MDRs by just showing up. No reservations needed.
  5. I wonder why someone would bring nunchucks or handcuffs on a cruise?
  6. Don't believe everything you are told. No charge for us.
  7. You can have more than one appetizer. There may be a fee for an additional entree. The desserts are excellent. The food is truly much better than Blu. Murano is an excellent place to celebrate a special occasion. Well worth the fee. There are two entrees I recommend. One is the Chateaubrand and the other is the Murano Lobster prepared table side. The Warm Goat Cheese Souffle is an excellent appetizer. On the menu, it will say "Murano a la carte" but the price is fixed. Caviar is an extra fee.
  8. We were able to order from the MDR on the Ascent. That was not the case on Beyond.
  9. "Lively Celebrity vibe." I think I have been missing something.
  10. Keep in mind that the 75% off is usually for nonrefundable fares. It is usually 50% off for refundable fares. And sometimes, they will have the same offer with up to an additional $200 off.
  11. Usually, my request for shareholder OBC has been denied as it is not available under the promotions I had booked. This year, I decided to try again. Within 48 hours it was approved! I had bought shares at $25 a share and it paid $1 annually with its dividend. Now it is $139 but pays no dividend. I think a decent purchase so far.
  12. You are correct. On our cruises on the E class ships, it has been Anytime Dining. On the Beyond, I had gone through the trouble of booking and when we showed up, we were told there were no reservations but Anytime Dining. But if you wanted to be seated in a particular area, you can ask if there is a table available in that location. Just show up to whatever main dining room when you want to dine.
  13. Before discounts, the regular price is $58.99 a day. This is for Premium with 2 devices.Yes, you will get that discount.
  14. A few positives to add: -Check in process at the pier has greatly improved -Able to drop off your luggage in the room when you board -No more gimmicks like all female bridge cruises
  15. You just show up at the MDR of your choice whenever you want to eat. Anytime Dining.
  16. Yes. The day(s) in which the program does not take place and the excluded bars will be listed on the Elite welcome invitation in your room.
  17. On our cruise on Beyond, the waters were nearly flat and there were the same noises. Not due to the wave height in my opinion.
  18. Agree with your comments. We were disappointed with the steak quality and the wine menu did not reflect what was available. We were not impressed.
  19. On our cruise, Eden Cafe was open for breakfast on sea days from 7:30 to 9. Eden Cafe was open daily for lunch from 11:45 to1:15. There were 3 items that you had to pay for. The lobster roll was one of them at $14.99. Try the Sunset Bar area for a drink.
  20. 2. AC Marriott Dania Beach 4. Very little time needed to check in. There is also seating available if you check in early and the ship is not ready to board 5. We enjoyed Kermits Key Lime Pie Shop
  21. Yes, Le Grand Bistro is open from 11:30 to 1:30 on embarkation day as the Ascent. Fee applies.
  22. Go to the benefits website and take a look.
  23. The Voyager Class would be a good choice. About 3000 passengers. We have enjoyed our time on this class.
  24. There was an outlet on the Beyond and Ascent in the bathroom as pictured. We were in Aqua Class.
  25. You forgot to include the current Semi-Annual Sale. The sale price is about $500 more than what I reserved about a month ago.
