We always take a small tote bag to the pool....I've never been concerned about someone stealing something from it but then again we don't wonder away for very long if at all especially both at the same time.

We also have a GeoBlue Trekker policy and for our Arctic Circle cruise in two weeks we purchased a IMG policy .... Does this sound about right?

Yes....more excursions will be added as RCI finalizes with different port providers. Also find your rollcall for your ship/dates you might join with other's that have arranged private group tours or as things open up book your own tours with providers. Do some research..often booking your own is a better option than with the ship.

What % was your refund? How hard was it to then change your flight home and when did you fly home? I'm not expecting any help from RCI if I test positive just before boarding.

Just bid on what you would be happy with...Personally I would bid on every category available...You never know !! Don't try to make sense of anything on the website as far as availability....things can change quickly.

Any reason to not just get a few Euros before you leave home and not have to worry about it? We just ordered some from our local bank before we head out.

It's booking suites that seems to give us the biggest benefit now. Most of our 5 vouchers pp each day go unused.

Sorry...I'm still not understanding the "wellness check" are you referring to the covid test at the port for a child? Our extended family had a GS 1 bedrm and a 2 bdrm GS on Harmony out of Port Canaveral late April. Since we all wanted to board together we had to use the separate line for those needing the test we couldn't use the suite line. Agree with the above one hour either way...however....No one was checking boarding times at all during our arrival.

Wow...We paid $55.00 pp online for our one day tickets end of April and kids were $45.00. I guess prices can vary.

We sail out of Amsterdam on RCI Jewel on July 26th...Assuming we still have to test no earlier than Sunday.

What happens if you're in a foreign country doing a few pre-cruise days and you test positive on the proctored test just before you board? How do you notify RCI and what happens then?

I check in usually for my whole extended family with 2, 3 or 4 cabins...no problem.

Buy in port.....We've seen prices vary....least expensive $49.99 in St Thomas & St Kitts and I believe in Barbados too....this past March.

My July Jewel (in two weeks) Arctic Circle cruise disappeared soon after booking it...sold out pretty fast. It showed up again a couple weeks ago as we got close to and just after final payment.

We did quite a bit of research and have opted for the Banks Mansion for our pre-cruise in two weeks..Very excited about this hotel and cruise itinerary.

I agree eMed proctored test...easy to do at home. Urgent care near your home is another option. CVS not sure but last time we tested there it was free but that may have changed...call your local store. For a Monday cruise .... no earlier than a Saturday test.

That is sad. We certainly did recently on Navigator, Explorer and will again on Jewel in two weeks.

You can also order room service from the MDR menu. Our favorite was breakfast and late night dessert during the MDR hours. Enjoy !!!
