  1. Just remember that visacentral is a private company, not a government website.
  2. And the article never mentions Northern Ireland or Irish Republic, or where the office (if there is one) is located. It just says Ireland.
  3. If there is no service FROM Amsterdam, what happens to the train that ARRIVES in Amsterdam? If they don't have one, presumably they don't have the other.
  4. There is nothing you need to do because your email of record is the one you are currently using. Some people have old inoperable email addresses attached to their accounts. They will need to change them when the problem referred to in the red box is fixed.
  5. I'd sure hate to be responsible for getting the ships all out safely when the new season starts!
  6. CBSA have redirected truck traffic with paperwork for the Niagara bridges to the Lansdowne crossing. Their paperwork will be accepted there. They can also amend their paperwork to the Windsor-Detroit and Sarnia crossings.
  7. The old fashioned way is just to search manually by line and ship as @Essiesmom has pointed out. The search tool isn't perfect. Anyway, here is a link to your roll call. You might want to follow it (or bookmark it) so that you will have no problem finding it.
  8. I think the only International Friends trip that you could manage would be Southampton to London (including Heathrow) via Stonehenge https://www.internationalfriends.co.uk/southampton-to-london-via-stonehenge.html. All of their other tours don't get you to the Airport until at least 4:45.
  9. Your flight would have to be fairly late in the day for this to work.
  10. The $160 is only on Nova at the moment.
  11. I read the map that the dock at Esplanade de la Moselle is on the north side of the river, in Luxembourg.
  12. I wasn’t on a cruise. I was staying in Edinburgh kitty-corner from Waverley Station, which is where the routes start. I can’t remember if I bought it on board or at the Lothian shop next to the station. You can buy it online too.
  13. You don’t have to wait for Ama to make suggestions for HCMC. For both Hanoi (I came in 3 days early) and HCMC (I gave myself an extra day) I searched for motorbike and vespa tours on Trip Advisor. I ended up doing an evening motorbike food tour in Hanoi, a daytime vespa tour in Hanoi, a women led vespa food tour in HCMC and, because there was no information from Ama about what they were doing on the free day in HCMC (which ended up offering an optional excursion to the Cu Chi Tunnels by bus), I planned an all-day tour by speedboat to the Cu Chi Tunnels, lunch, return to HCMC, and then concluding with a half day Vespa tour. I compared companies and ratings on Trip Advisor, checked out all the websites, and chose the ones I thought best for me. As an aside, I found sitting behind someone on a vespa to be a lot more comfortable than a motorbike. The position was more comfortable, and I had somewhere to at least rest my heels - my whole foot wouldn’t fit - while riding. I had never ridden either before, but I am a cyclist (bicycle) which made balancing something I was used to.
  14. If you are flying through Taipei I highly recommend Eva Airways. I used them for business class on points, Toronto-Hanoi and HCMC-Toronto in 2017 and Toronto-Yangon and Bangkok-Toronto in 2018. This was before Aeroplan changed their redemption, but Eva Airways had almost no fees added when Air Canada still had surcharges that you had to pay in addition.
  15. In Hanoi I very much enjoyed the Vietnamese Women's Museum. Also, if you can manage, see a water puppet show. In Phnom Penh the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum is disturbing but definitely worthwhile.
  16. I did the penguin parade many years ago. It was definitely a highlight of my trip to Australia.
  17. Wow! These are incredible shots of leapards which are ususally very hard to spot!
  18. I have a whole bunch of cubes, so I put underwear in one and socks in another. The cubes are all soft and can be squished around. The less you have loose in your suitcase, the easier it is. Anything loose creates somewhat the issue of making a mess when you root around in your suitcase looking for things.
  19. You are obviously discussing an ocean cruise. It shouldn't matter much on a river cruise, which is where you are posting. I took a 14 night cruise with Uniworld that was split up into 2 segments. For those of us that were continuing on, they had an additional excursion for the changeover day. Embarkation and disembarkation are much simpler on river cruises.
  20. In addition to packing lighter, using packing cubes makes it much easier to deal with short stays. I use them by type of garment, so if I am looking for a top, I can pull all the pants out in one cube without opening it, and only need to open the cube with the tops. You don’t make a mess rooting around in your suitcase.
