I have a question about "beverages not included" in Coastal Kitchen. Since the CK is right next door to the Suite Lounge, do you have to bring your drink with you from there, or go there if you want a refill?

Anyone know a good place to purchase a wheel of gouda cheese. Several years ago we did this, we got it at a supermarket that we reached by bus. My husband has an adversion to taxis, unfortunately. Any help would be appreciated.

We had a damaged roof due to Hurricane Ion. Our insurance company paid for the replacement of our tile roof with a metal root which we selected to look like barrel tile. The metal roofs come in flat, barrel tile and the ones that look like sheets of aluminum (which I've also seen in colors). We don't notice any additional noise due to rain. The cost to the insurance company was $100,000. However, those of our neighbors who got new roofs got metal ..... various styles. Most got it paid for by their insurance companies. The warranty on the metal roof varies from 50 to 100 years. They really look nice.

We purchased gouda cheese several years ago from one of these two stores, but we took a bus. Unfortunately, DH must have been frightened by a taxi at a young age, and thinks they are all out to "gyp" him (former New Yorker). Do you know if a bus goes by one of these two stores, and the bus number. Or a ballpark figure for the taxi?

I received the bar code a few days ago with no time. I received my time today (12:20). However, since I am Priority (Club Orange), are you saying I just have to keep the boarding pass with the Priority on it and don't have to print or pay attention to the time. We live in Florida and usually get to the port pretty early. My apologies for the (stupid) questions. I haven't been on Holland America for many years and I feel like this is new to me.

First day is usually hectic for the room steward and We're not in a Neptune suite, just a Vista A.

We usually bring champagne on board for sail away (most of the time lately it's been in the room on other cruise lines). As I said it's for sail away. I have read that HAL charges a $20 corkage fee now. Will I find a bucket of ice in my cabin (Vista A on Rotterdam) and champagne glasses? Or will I have to go searching or bothering the room steward for these?

If you've printed it out before the bar code is on it, can you still print it out later? Can I ask why they bother to print out the boarding pass without the bar code? Why don't they just wait?

I've only seen photos of Club Orange. We'll be on Rotterdam with CO. If there's a line going into the dining room, do the folks waiting in line peer into CO as you're eating?

I went to log into my upcoming cruise as I do periodically. It says it's not there! I recall reading of this happening to others, but I never paid much attention since it did not happen to me. Does this happen often, or should I be worried.?
