The Haven restaurant is the best. On our 12 night cruise in January we ate in the Haven restaurant 9 nights out of 12.

If you want Thermal Spa passes consider purchasing a Spa Balcony cabin if your ship has them. We have found in the past by doing this it will save you $100-200 dollars. That is if you are in a regular balcony cabin

My wife and I were on the Escape a few years ago going to Bermuda. An iffy hurricane changed that. We did not find out we were going to Florida until we got to the pier in NYC, it was a very last minute change. Needless to say their were lots of very angry people at check in. I felt bad for the people working the desk and pier, it was ridiculous. Let us know where you end up!

On our last cruise a couple was checking in next to us. The guy was complaining about many attempts it took to upload a photo of himself. The person checking them in brought up their account and busted out laughing. He couldn't get his photo to work but the screen grab of Bart Simpson work great LOL. Needless to say the took his photo

Our cruise to Alaska from Seattle was Labor Day weekend a few years ago on the Jewel. It was 82F and the pool was packed for sail away. I used it a number of times on the cruise. It was heated to about 85f

You don't need any tags to get off first Haven or not. Easy walk off is first, never used any tags.... maybe we were supposed to. If you are in the Haven you can go to the Haven lounge at the set time, you will get a letter. It will also be posted at the concierge desk the day before. Just keep in mind you need to take all your luggage with you. You can use the gold tags and do easy walk off but you will be waiting for your luggage. Don't ask me how I know Lol
