Looks like the night of the Lobster is also Prime Rib. Whats the best entree on the cruise and what would you avoid? is Manfredis worth it or would you stay in the dining room?

If you have booked cruises at the last minute you must have experience booking last minute air fares, right? Normally I have found prices within 30 days are higher but have not done it in a while.

I not referring you or viking cancelling. If something goes wrong and viking wontvrefund, you can dispute with credit card and get money back.I had to cancel a cunard cruise and had to dispute with credit card as Cunard was not refunding in a timely manner.

I wonder if many people book within 30 days of sailing? There must be a reason they assign some cabins at the pier , especially when cruise not sold out. Maybe more guarantees sold then available cabins so they are going through move over offers

They have a right to require vaccinations .
