  1. That makes me so happy to read! Meraviglia in 41 days!
  2. I always bring a tray on cruises. It packs easily in the bottom of my suitcase. I like to go get breakfast every morning and bring it back to my balcony.
  3. We learned the hard way to always pack at least an outfit and the essentials when our luggage did not make it to our room until late the 2nd day. Apparently, someone thought it was theirs and grabbed it. Other than that scenario and cokes if you want them, then, not really. You could check everything. We just take one backpack carryon with essentials
  4. We use Whatsapp and have been for every cruise for the last five years or so. Works great on any wifi.
  5. I got no response from shareholders@carnival.com but then reached out to guestadmin@Carnival.com and got my credit applied.
  6. I like that perk, but for me, the main reason I buy it is arrival at the terminal at any time which means 10am of course and boarding right behind platinum and diamonds.
  7. This morning you can search a booking number with that link. Looks like it will be back very soon, maybe even today.
  8. I tried, also cannot add it, but I will be checking daily.
  9. My Wife has always wanted this, but I bet when she orders this, the staff is going to have no clue this is a thing. Carnival has a real problem getting this info disseminated.
  10. So I could have been seated in the terminal right next to a blue card. Just the thought, I am feeling faint, there I go.........
  11. They have to be considering dropping this requirement as almost every cruise ship sailing from US ports has at this point. Hopefully we hear something soon.
  12. How was boarding handled without priority boarding during Covid. Did they just seat you in the terminal first come first seated and board by that order?
  13. There was one Black Friday 2019 put out by John Heald, but Carnival was at the top of its game back then at 55 a share, not 8. I doubt we see one this year since Carnival just cut San Juan as a port to save fuel costs.
  14. Yes, just turn it off before you leave the sight of land and you are fine. Mine worked out to at least 5 miles.
  15. Cruise ships are for eating until you pass out and then waking up and eating again. Not slapping pickles!
  16. Watch Parodeejay on Youtube, she posted a lot of video of snorkeling out to the net and near the rocks on their Seaside video series.
  17. Sad, but true. You could wear basically anything they would not send you home from work wearing and be fine. I still like to dress up, but there are fewer people joining me each cruise.
  18. Like my Dad always said, it is not great food, just a great deal of it.
  19. That is what I have been waiting for right there! Full steam ahead.
  20. I would have to try something, 1:30 is crazy. You paid for that day on the ship. Might as well be throwing dollars in the ocean like a fool.
  21. There were Black Friday deals just before Covid in 2019 and John Heald also offered the only coupon code for cheers that I have ever seen on that weekend. If you have noticed though, Carnival tends to raise their price in reality when they start yelling sale, so I do not think I would wait for a Black Friday deal. Also, Carnival never offers a sale if there is a standard holiday. They know that this date is convenient for many.
  22. Exactly my experience recently. Not funny, just trying to shock the crowd with vulgarity.
  23. I really would have loved to be on that final cruise that Heald was posting about all week. Just could not swing the time off.
