Inside cabin + premier package. Full suite without package who do you think will get the attention from senior staff ? I will say that it always helps that we don’t mind eating later like 8:00. Most Princess passengers seem to think they have to eat at 5:00 to avoid missing out on something
It is a listed perk if you don’t get It is would request a refund of the price difference between a reserve class mini and what you paid. You are entitled to that dinner and Princess is not going to anger all their suite customers
Does the premier plan have a concierge. No it does not. They never book every table in advance and never have. Otherwise we would not be approached all the time in the casino and be offered free SD meals. On the Grand we were told not even to worry about reservations they would always have room for us. It is kind of like Billy Idol’s line on the plane in Wedding Singer. “We generally let first class passengers do what they want to do” Many perks exist that are not written down like free self service laundry tokens for elites who find their laundry will take 4 days because there are a thousand elite passengers on their cruise
Your embarkation night suite SD is guaranteed and can be booked when you board via the dine line or suite concierge. We have done this our last 10 cruises and never had an issue.
The other thing to watch for is what happens when suite passengers try to get some SD reservations through the concierge or suite breakfast managers. If that happens I wonder what Princess will do as suite guests are used to having this happen for them
Just off the Grand a few weeks ago. Salty Dog is an occasional pop up in the Crown Grill (not my cup of tea). Vines does a charcuterie and Alfredo’s has pizza. In both Vines and Alfredo’s they allowed us to split meals on the plus plan.
No there is no special area in the theater for suite guests that is reserved for those with premier packages. Also if you do not have a plus or premier package you may be charged for calling room service. If you do order from the MDR all items will be received at once. Much rather go to Reserve Dining area. Best perks are suite breakfast, free priority laundry and free mini bar
It really is dependent on itinerary. On Most Alaska cruises we make easily in fact earlier this month we were in the top 3 both weeks. On our other cruises we make it about 1/2 the time. We are in the mid 500’s
Yes if it can be booked as a b2b 10 days each you should expect repeated menus and if in Reserve dining a good chance the extra entree will be the same also
For us dining is also limited on the Majestic. Harmony is a fairly full menu in our opinion. Catch may have some options we would like but if the location is the same as where the Bistro was the sound from the Piazza was deafening. I am not sure how many SD’s we will even do. We are tentatively booked for 11dsys on the Majestic in a month and then 20 days in September 2025. In between we have a 16 day and a 17 day cruises on the Grand January and May
Don’t be so sure until they get to know you they scan all medallions. We were once booked in a suite for a 26 day cruise and added a one day prior in a balcony. We were not allowed into club class for that one day. Yours sounds like a one off and I would not expect that to happen on a regular basis
It sounds like the OP ordered the medallion and then added a package that includes free shipping. If that is the case I don’t see anyway around it until you board. We always order medallions after ordering the package and making payment
