  1. We just got off of a Celebrity ship and there was no change in the menu. Everything was wonderful!
  2. I’m just hoping that formal isn’t required. I don’t have formal clothing nor do I plan to buy it for one cruise. On our cruise line of choice we don’t have to dress formal.
  3. I hope there is no limit. We are allowed 70# by the airline and while we never hit that, we have definitely hit 60#. I have never had any issues with cruising, but we are typically Celebrity cruisers and it’s ok. If Princess has a limit we might be in trouble for our upcoming cruise 😂😂
  4. Not true what you are saying about smoking on Celebrity outside all over the ship. There are 3 smoking areas, all outside. One is deck 5 port side, one is starboard side by mast bar, and the third is starboard side by sunset bar. The smoking section by sunset bar is the one we see most used, but it definitely isn’t “all over the ship”. There is no smoking at all allowed inside, even the casino……unlike Princess
  5. Which drink package did you have on Princess? We booked before the change so technically we have the Plus with drinks up to $12, but I have “heard” that we will be allowed drinks up to $15. The only reason it affects me is wondering if it will be a $5 or $8 up charge for champagne. Don’t want to upgrade to premier because we both have to upgrade and everything my husband drinks is in the plus package.
  6. Thank you! I can’t even eat the desserts so that’s good for me. I drink champagne so just wondered if I will be paying a $5 upcharge or $8…….$5 sounds much better 😂
  7. Hello all. We will be taking a cruise in October. We are Celebrity cruisers, so this will be only our second Princess cruise. When we booked late 2022, we got the Plus drink package (drinks up to $12). It has since changed to $15/ drink, but we have to pay to change it. What are other’s experiences? When buying a drink at a bar, how do they know when you purchased the cruise to know if there is a $12 or $15 max? I have “heard” that regardless, it will be $15/drink, I’m not going to upgrade to get the current package because I can’t eat the specialty ice cream so that doesn’t interest me. Thank you for any help?
  8. Silhouette has had a full refurbishment while Equinox hasn’t. Not sure if that matters to you. We have been on both and love both. I would choose based on itinerary
  9. Didn’t feel crowded at all. I guess a little at OVC, but was no problem. It was fabulous!
  10. Just saying what we experienced. There might still be some Evian left, but it’s not their main premium water anymore
  11. We just got off last week and there was no change
  12. Evian hasn’t been available on our last few sailings. They now serve Aqua Panna as their premium water
  13. We just got off last week and had 2900 on our sailing
  14. On our sailing from Seward on Millennium it was not the first day. We asked and were told that people board at so many different times in Seward due to getting there. They didn’t want people to miss it, so they had it on a different day. Totally understandable and not a problem for us
  15. We have sailed on Reflection four times in the last 18 months. We just got off June 1. We loved every sailing and the last was probably our favorite cruise ever. Everything was wonderful!
  16. The one thing frustrating to me about both Blu and Luminae is that they don’t designate gluten free items like they do in the MDR. The last thing I want to do after eating a full meal and being stuffed is deciding what I will eat the next night 🤷🏻‍♀️
  17. We are also boarding on the 22nd. It will be our 4th time on Reflection in 1 1/2 years. We were just on at the end of March. Ship is beautiful! Giuseppe is the CD. Can’t wait to see the crew again. See you on board!
  18. I have received the email twice now. We sail within the next 10 days. Still trying to decide if we want to go for it or not.
  19. Scroll all the way over on the top of the dining page on the app. It’s under “loyalty”
  20. We sailed on Reflection last month and didn’t see any menu like this for the martini bar. The prices were $13 for a martini.
  21. This is not new. They have had family hours for quite some time now…….well over a year at least
  22. It was on the menu on our cruise a few weeks ago. Either way, they will make it for you as long as they have the ingredients. My daughter even asked for a pineapple upside down cake martini. The bartender looked up the ingredients and made it for her!
