We were on Reflection a couple of weeks ago. It does have Starlink. We thought it was the best internet we have ever had on a ship. We did have premium, but my daughter and son in law each had basic and said it was great as well.

We were supposed to be on that cruise with you. Finally made it up a few weeks ago 😂

We were in Alaska last August. We had a UTV accident on a Celebrity shore excursion. The shore excursion manager was with us so was aware of the accident. I broke my wrist and found my way to the ER while everyone else headed back to the ship. The only thing I was told was that they would let the captain know in case I wasn’t back in time. I did make it back to the ship with a splint (got a cast once home). I was unable to get pain meds because I barely made it back to the ship as it was. I also Injured my knee and once I arrived home found that I also tore my rotator cuff, labrum, and biceps. I have since had surgery for that. Almost 9 months later I am still having issues with my wrist, shoulder is healing, but knee is still messed up. I never received a call or anything from anyone on the ship, not even the shore excursion manager that was with us. I did have insurance. Took months to pay, but I did get a little bit of $ back, but not close to what everything cost.

How often do you encounter the Captain when walking? He used to be on the Reflection and my husband walks a lot. He said that he passed a guy everyday. At the Senior officers get together he walked up to my husband and asked “ how many steps do you have today?”…..He had no idea it was the Captain. From there on out they knew each other every day! 😂

We just sailed on Reflection a couple of weeks ago. I am a champagne drinker and expected Cattier since that’s what they have been offering for about the last year. They no longer carry it (might still be some stray bottles on board). They now carry Eugene III. It was very good. It’s $17/glass so it’s a no brainer for me to upgrade. There was a shortage last year, but had no problem finding anything this year.

Yes! It can get hot. We have been there in July. It was awful. We were there last May and it was beautiful. Doing Greece this year for our 30th anniversary

When are you flying out and where? Ft Lauderdale? Are you aware that there is severe flooding there right now and the airport is closed until at least noon tomorrow? Just wanted to give you a heads up if you didn’t already know. Safe travels to you!

When is the last time you booked on board? We did last week on the first day and didn’t get anything

Do some bartenders do it? Yes. Are they supposed to? No. On our last 3 cruises the bartenders at the martini bar wouldn’t make the small ones. People were told that they had to pay the up charge. Eventually they will all stop doing it, but for now some still are. Don’t go on the cruise expecting that you will definitely be able to get it because you might be disappointed if they say no
