I'm sad to report I'm up 0.2 lbs this week.:( I know I could lose if I gave up my snacks but I like them too much. Also had DH's birthday dinner out & cake adding on the calories. Hubby and I went out for our Anniversary last night, ugh, food coma. I guess a .5 lb. gain is not so horrible. Good luck to eveyone this week. Since I still can't exercise I am going to have to try harder to at lease maintain. No way am I breaking 160 again.:mad: Worked too hard to get there. After a harrowing morning, my granddaughter was born and mom and baby are doing well. Before all that started happening, I did weigh-in. I was down .5#. Not much, but I will take it.
