Lois, we're not going until 2018, for our 30th! I am already thinking of packing etc now..... DH is going to go crazy when we get closer with all my planning.

Hi, Lois, JP and Chris. So excited for all of you! Have the best cruises ever!! I will be looking forward to hearing any and all reports and reviews from all of you! Your posts have been so helpful to me in my planning.

 

Not long for us now, either. We board our rivership exactly 3 weeks from tomorrow! We fly to Europe for our pre-cruise trip around Switzerland in just over 2 weeks.

Awesome! Should be able to finish most of our packing tonight. We have a nice Grüner Veltliner from a town next to Dürnstein all picked out as an accompaniment. It should put us in the right mindset for the Danube. :)

HELLO from AMASTELLA:).....Just a quick note, I arrived safely, it rained all

day yesterday....I took a culinary tour with a company called HUNGRY BIRDS.

It was a lot of fun:)......I stayed at The Banks Mansion.....lovely hotel.

Boarded the ship about 12.... a little after that maybe. Dinner was delicious.

Met some really nice folks today and the boat/ship is beautiful:)

That's what we all like to hear!! Hope it's warmer there than here....my tulips popped up and froze...enjoy and don't forget that window seat if you depart from Amsterdam...if the fields are in bloom it will blow your mind!!!
