LIVE from Harmony B2B First 2 US Sailing's

Recommended Posts

We just got back on the ship from the island. We are docked in Nassau until 6pm but we have Grease at 5pm. So back on the ship at 3:30pm to get showers.

Atlantis was a lot of fun and lots of walking. We didn't want Keara to feel left out so no one did the water slides. We enjoyed the Aquariums, Cove Beach, pools, we even went over to Dolphin Cay and watched the Dolphins. We walked over to the Marina Village which the Sisters enjoyed the shops there.

I will write down your questions and tomorrow is a day at sea so I can turn your questions into a little scavenger hunt.

I loved your story. Thank you for posting it.

We got off the Harmony. We loved the ship! Enjoy your time onboard.:)

BTW we were on Deck 8 and found it to be the perfect location! We loved using Central Park to pass through from one end of the ship to the other. It was much more pleasant than walking through those long corridors of cabins.

Did you book escape room yet? If so where did you go to book it?

Escape The Rubicon has not yet been opened yet. They were waiting for a part to come in. Hoping it's fixed before we are off on Thursday the 10th

Tonight's performance of Grease was Amazing!! We all loved it. Keara the 11 year old was bored but she was willing to sit through it. I will say to parents that if you would not sit and watch the Grease movie with your child then you may not be comfortable watching the show with your child. I loved it! Lots of laughs and standing ovation. We are having a quick dinner in Windjammer before heading to the 8:45pm Fine Line show. Country girl in me was in awe because they were playing John Denver Country Roads. Nice relaxing atmosphere.

Thank you for sharing your story, and congratulations on winning this cruise! Your niece is adorable!

I see you're sailing on Vista! You don't have much time to wait -- me, on the other hand, have over a year! This will be our first cruise away from Royal in quite some time. I hope you'll post a review of that cruise, too. I really want to see a photo of an ocean suite, if you're able to get one.

In the meantime, I'll just have to dream about being on Harmony. Someday....

Just off the transatlantic sailing of Harmony. Great ship and great time.

The Solarium is complementary for dinner, but you must have a reservation. Once of my disappointments for the cruise was that we didn't call soon enough for a dinner reservation there, and weren't able to get in. We talked to others who raved about it. Had breakfast and lunch there numerous times, and it was excellent.

We were scheduled to leave the ship between 9:00 and 9:20 on 11/5. Those that left earlier, got off very quickly. But, right around 9 (I think), they called a muster drill for crew. There were no announcements for more than one hour. I was coming back from the bathroom, and saw Coast Guard crew walking up the stops with ships crew. So, the Coast Guard inspection caused a delay. We got off the ship around 11. Have Global Entry, so bypassed the lines for customs. Easy to get to the airport by cab, plenty of time to spare for our 1:55 flight.

Harmony is a great ship. Lots of fun to be part of "The Three Sisters", especially since I was travelling with two of my sister. So, we were also The Three Sisters.

Enjoy your cruise!

BTW, MiniBites on Deck 15 aft is a great place for breakfast. Opens at 9:00. Small buffet, and omelettes made to order. Then, you can go right to the Abyss!

One more thing - Jamie's Italian is great. At lunch time, it's $29 per person. I believe it is the exact same menu as for dinner. There were 3 of us. We shared the plant that included meat and cheese. The pasta was fabulous - especially the shrimp one. Save room for dessert!

Save a couple $ and go for lunch. You can walk up and get in - no reservation needed.

We had 8:45pm Fine Line Reservations and we were there by 7:45 and there was already a show going on and we thought our clocks were all wrong but nope. They are trying to get as many shows as possible since they couldn't do the show last night. So we were early enough to get great seats for the next show. We have some sneak peaks from the end of the last show. These shows fill up Fast!

The Fine Line show was amazingly beautiful! Had us on the edge of our seats. We stuck out the lite rain since we sat under the Abyss it wasn't too bad. It was very artistic. So, so far we give both shows five stars. Christa and I went to try our luck at the casino and I found it to be very big, crowded and smoky. I played $50, won $100 and played until I got back down to $50 and cashed out. Just the penny slot with max bet. It didn't take long. Got back to the room to find surprises.

Good morning from Windjammer its Sea Day at 6:53am and Windjammer is not crowded. I like the hand washing stations when you first walk into the Windjammer. This ship does have a very clean feeling which I really like. I'm going to step back into the casino while hopefully it's quiet. I plan on doing answers to questions this afternoon while we explore the ship. This morning all the Sisters are so very excited for this mornings activity. I'll share the surprise around 10:00am.
