We have been to a few Caribbean/Bahamas ports now and definitely have our favourites. Our list includes:

Labadee

Coco Cay

St. Maarten

St. Thomas

St. Kitts

Cozumel

Falmouth

Nassau

San Juan

Curacao

I would say our favourite Ports with things to do close by are Labadee and St. Maarten. Our favourite excursions were Island tours on St. Kitts and St. Maarten.

What are your favourite ports for walking distance things to do? and excursions?

I'm especially interested in ports I've not been to, but welcome all responses.

St. John

Tortola

Antigua

Curacao

St. Kitts

Bequia

and lastly

Grenada even though the island is very poor I add this island as one of my favourites because the people are so warm and hospitable given all the hardships they have faced over the years. :)

Aruba, kookookanuka tour was so much fun, Palm beach beautiful.

Curaçao love walking through the town and across the floating bridge

St. Maarten, beautiful water, love the town and beach front

St. Thomas. Shopping, beaches, always a favourite

Would not bother to visit again...

Roatan

Labadee

Once you have been once there is not a whole lot to see again.

My 1st cruise to Grenada was a few weeks before we invaded the Island

Between a few cruises I have been to Nassau, St Maarten, St Thomas, Cozumel, San Juan, Labadee (15 years back before Royal added the zipline and water stuff), and Falmouth. For the beaches, my favorite was St Thomas. We went to Coki beach and the water was just beautiful (so was Grand Cayman but that's not mentioned in your list)

If you like history, San Juan is neat too.

St Lucia

(for the lush green beauty of the island and all of the unique things to do on an island tour, like get into a volcano, swim under a waterfall, take a boat ride to the pitons and take amazing pictures of a very green island).

Antigua and Barbados

(for the beaches, they have the clearest blue water of all 15 islands I've visited so far).
