Is it just me? I can find muffins, bacon and tomatoes for breakfast but I can never find the lettuce to complete my BLT'S[emoji35] We've asked for lettuce before but have never gotten it.

 

Is it just us who look for and want a BLT for breakfast?

I can't help you out with the lettuce, other than suggesting you order a salad with extra lettuce in the MDR each night and keep some for breakfast. In the mean time, a little bit of BLT humour:

Really no worse than eating cold pizza or spaghetti for breakfast.

 

Two restaurants in my area have BLT with egg breakfast sandwiches on their menu. Yummy

I, too, love a BLT for breakfast.....and you are right, it is difficult to get the items you need to assemble. Sometimes, there is lettuce as garnish under the meat items and I will snag it from there. You cannot find mayo in the morning either, so I try to remember to get one or two packets from lunch the previous day. Good luck on your quest.

We aren't traditional breakfast eaters. We have gathered mayo packets when available to bring along to breakfast for our BLT's minus the lettuce. At breakfast time we can often find sliced cheese which makes it more of a BCT.

On some occasions I have found lettuce in the morning on the Navigator which has a dedicated Asian section just after entering the Windjammer. Having worked throughout Japan and Asia for many years salad as well as miso soup is a traditional breakfast item, unlike the Western world that eats those items with lunch and dinner.

My daughter and I LOVE a BLT for breakfast; we've done that thing mentioned where you snag the sad and wilted lettuce garnish from under the meat/cheese selection. We weren't proud, but it was a delicious quick breakfast sandwich!

We going on Oasis in 14 days and I'm thinking about taking some sandwich baggies...Grab some lettuce at lunch and keep in my fridge till Breakfast. Yes I like my BLT's that much...Runny eggs get old
