Yes Consumer Beware/../Cruiser Beware.

Knowing the rates as even in like Shop Rite and the others as they do have Loss Leadwers inn the Cruise Lines also.

Luckily we do have Cruise Ports close but not the number of cruises nor cruise ships as before..

It works both ways. Over the decades there have been countless offers available only to permanent residents of the UK. We could have saved a lot and also had free air fare in the opposite direction - something that was offered regularly on US and Canadian bookings but not for a long time. We have English friends who in the past several years have had fantastic deals for crossings. They had one cruise that was half the cost we would have paid.

 

 

We do have one benefit which I appreciate even though I have never used it: bookings can be cancelled without penalty up to final payment date, although that has recently been changed to one month before the final payment date. We can also take advantage of fare reductions up to that point.

Maybe not for that particular deal, but I was able to book as a non-resident via an US TA that had a promotion that ended on the 3rd of March. I booked on the 4th of March, but Ha Ha did not matter as we are in New Zealand one day ahead. (as the Aussie's would be). So, it would seem Cunard does allow non-resident bookings.

Whilst we've always felt the same we booked an upcoming cruise on the QV which was £1416 each including flights and transfers in the UK. Some friends in the USA wanted to come as well and the best price available to them for an identical cabin was $3424 each, cruise only. Swings and roundabouts.

Yes but Brits seem often to get air-inclusive pricing on Cunard that rivals cruise-only pricing in the US.

I tried the code both calling a travel agency & Cunard for the July 1, 2017 for Boston and NE. Only full price which is 899.00 on the computer for inside.

Do you from your computer if this sailing is listed at that sale?

It appears that many of the lower categories sold out quickly with the R3 Fare Code . You can book those lower categories at RGS from $899 but without the goodies of the R3 .

Gotta jump on these close in deals as soon as they come out .
