CruiserBruce Posted May 18, 2017 #3 Share Posted May 18, 2017 Yes, as commonly discussed here, you need an Australian visa. Very easy to get, done on the internet. As commonly recommended here, use the the official Australian government website. That is the easiest and cheapest way to do it. For example this thread: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=2305861&highlight=Visa or http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=2401540&highlight=Visa

wolfegizmo Posted May 19, 2017 #5 Share Posted May 19, 2017 We were recently in Australia for a cruise. It took us less than 15 minutes to get our Australian visa online from https://www.eta.immi.gov.au/ETAS3/etas. We got that information from the wonderful cruise critics forums ! Aussieflyer Posted May 19, 2017 #8 Share Posted May 19, 2017 What took you so long? Just joking! I know of one person who forgot their ESTA and was applying while in the checkin queue. Unfortunately for them the system wasn't playing nice and they missed out on the flight to the US.
