You may need to call. I just got my block from my May Anthem sailings. I think we earned our own the May 22 sailing.

I called C&A to be sure that the loyalty Ambassador on my Anthem sail processed my request.  The C&A agent did not see any request and re-applied my request.

 

My recommendation is to call C&A desk @800.526.9723. press 9 if you are D+.

I confirmed with the LA on Enchantment in March, but looks like I'll have to call.

 

I saw the LA on Voyager in Sept, but I don't recall if he confirmed the order.  However, he gave me a Radiance block that came in his Voyager block shipment.  🙂

Funny, when I followed up with the Loyalty Ambassador on my subsequent Allure sail, he was so frazzled and told that he cannot see the specifics on his terminal.  Advised me to call C&A which I did.
