NCL Sun & Maasdam both eastbound.

Sun had a bit of a delay in her transit at Miraflores. She started heading into the left 'lane' but got redirected to the right. Seems they need to debark a sick passenger...

enhance

enhance

This delayed her enough for Maasdam to catch up...

I was going to complain to someone about the smudge on the lens or bridge window in the pics at Gatun, I was glad to see it was cleaned by Miraflores;)! Great quality pics from the bridgecam.

Essiesmom,

What site are you getting these from? I've been trying pancanal.com for several days and can never get any of the webcams to show anything.

This the beginning of the Rainy season which lasts all the way through December. Don't despair, most of the time it is not an all day rain, just some intermittent showers you may have to contend with.

May 23, night transit. MV Galleons Passage. Apparently Trinidad & Tobago are in need of a new ferry. They sourced this one from China, where her builders were stuck with her when the folks who ordered her couldn't close the deal. There were some delays before and during her transit, and she is about six weeks later than planned to arrive in Trinidad. She is a catamaran RO-RO.

Without passengers, she did a night transit, and without a reservation, she had to wait outside on the Pacific side for several days.
