Silversea Water Cooler: Welcome! Part Five

I think the true test is when you go out for dinner and all decide that two courses is enough -  there are those who always have starter and main, and the others who have main and pudding.  This from choice, not trying to save calories.  Or in my case, if it is just a British 'gastropub' meal, two starters, as portions in these venues tend to be huge.

Or in my case, after looking at some menus, two puddings!  [Maybe I can join Mysty at that 'nasty' restaurant and eat her unwanted dessert.  Win-win!]

I will definitely be more careful with my punctuation.  Poor Ian would be mortified if he heard about my faux pas.  I feel like Eliza and her use of "arse".  😲

Take comfort in a line from Henry Higgins:  There even are places where English completely disappears; in America they haven't used it for years.

Back with land based internet. I have forgotten how much better it is compared to that on the seas.
We did find out though how good it is to spend a long time onboard. After 54 days we really didn’t want to leave. Really got to know the crew In more ways. Just wonderful.

So despite a lot of criticism that I read this cruise turned out to be the best we have ever had.

Great summary and background from Dr. Ron for getting to know the staff so well during such a long cruise experience.  Agree getting back to good, land-based Internet can be a game-changer.  What will be your next adventure?

THANKS!  Enjoy!  Terry in Ohio

We will be dining at Black Tartan Kitchen on Saturday night to celebrate Myster's 73rd birthday.  For those interested in crosswords here is the May menu.....

I may not brie sure, deer Mysty, but you should not duck the responsibility which comes with having achieved crossword greatness. I'm just not sure what the sixth clue is but I have all of the rest. I can't think of silly malapropisms using the three longer answers.
