Get well, Laura. I guess I missed what happened to Laura's glasses. Hope she gets them repaired before next cruise.

 

I was thinking about all that "crap" given to y'all the other day, and thought if we had been onboard and received it, we probably would have given most of it to crew or Labadee workers. I'm in the clean out mode, and have tons of cruise stuff to go through......boxes full of those old martini glasses, blinking glasses, I'd like to eBay, and one old Schooner Bar glass I plan on keeping. It's a novelty.:D

I think she sat on them Friday morning. They came apart in the casino, but I have the pieces. We left a ton of stuff behind.

I normally gain 1 pound a day on a cruise and I often go into the gym every day too.

I can find Newcastle in several places near me...even my local grocery store. Don't recall seeing Old Speckled Hen anywhere around here, even in stores that specialize in having a variety of beer from around the world. They are definitely marketed differently in the US.

You can get Dutch New Castle most anywhere here. It's brown Heineken.

It is available in Asda UK which is a Walmart company.
