yes I know but I don't have a name to replace him on Vision with. So since TPKeller sent me a new Excel, I put in tbd on Vision.

Posted

Mark Walker, Allure's Cruise Director, posted on another Social Media site that the current Captain is Shawn McDuff.  So I guess that he may be the second Captain along with Captain Claus, who brought AL into Miami for her long stay earlier this months.  Allure was in Miami for about 6 days and took on 1,500 crew and administered vaccines.

So Captain Claus Andersen is now back on Allure.  It looks like he will be our Captain for the 8-22-2021 if the Captains maintain their typical 10 weeks off/10 weeks on schedule.  (With this schedule, he will disembark on September 5, 2021

don't bet on it Sherri, during the shut down many captains were forced to stay on board longer than the usual because flights were non-existent.

No, he will not come back now. A lot of assignments have been changed due to ship locations, new itineraries and other reasons. Many Senior Captains come back  first.

Thanks -- I think Captain Andersen was on Allure for a long time this spring which she was cycling in and out of the Coco Cay Anchorage and Miami.
