When we were on Navigator Test Cruise Nov 8-10 Capt James was at the helm. Not sure of his last name but we chatted with him and he was from Winnipeg, Canada.

I believe this is referring to Captain Kate McCue of Celebrity, who was saying in a video that Captain Rob Hempstead will be on Wonder.

ty! I already had Capt Malvin on LB until Dec 5. So you confirmed he was on board.
