Nope, that's not the way it works (unless an incoming captain has zero experience on a particular class of ship) One comes on, they do a handover in the captain's office, and the one being relieved goes home (or to school)

It's been delaying today - I've had to refresh both pages - several times on my double screens - very unusual. All your comments have alerted me to slow screens.
