Rare 4cats4me Posted February 10, 2019 #3 Share Posted February 10, 2019 I enjoy when they have the Mongolian barbecue for lunch, but it is only offered on select days. For dinner, I love Italian night, with the numerous fresh pasta selections. The salad bar bar is always a winner, too, with abundant vegetable selection. Diver2014 Posted February 10, 2019 #7 Share Posted February 10, 2019 Hidden away from the 'cold' desserts' is a steam table with daily warm desserts.....the sticky pudding with warm caramel sauce was one of the best things I have ever tasted. Other times, they had cherry cobbler and bread pudding with hot sauce. Awesome!

rdsqrl Posted February 11, 2019 #10 Share Posted February 11, 2019 The salad bar. I have a big salad every day for lunch. Princess has the best salad bar; I look forward to it before every cruise. Oh, and the chocolate chip cookies are also awesome.

Sometimes they have rhubarb crumble!

Diver2014 Posted February 11, 2019 #21 Share Posted February 11, 2019 Rhubarb, when prepared properly, is absolutely wonderful. It can be awful if it is not sweetened but combine it with something like strawberries (pie) or as Sea Hag mentioned, rhubarb crumble and wow, what a mouth watering sensation. It's tartness with something sweet can make your mouth water....in a good way.

hobbyfarmer2 Posted February 14, 2019 #24 Share Posted February 14, 2019 Stilton or gorgonzola cheese go very well with a glass of wine. Throw in a couple of the long breadsticks and a few fried shrimp for a beddie snack. Decadent.

What’s a good wine with the cheeses you mentioned? Glenn
