ALWAYS CRUZIN Posted May 8, 2019 #1 Share Posted May 8, 2019 My wife and I were walking back from a port. We were trying to name all the carnival ships we have been on. Between the two of us we figured we could name them all, so we started. Fascination, Imagination, Sensation, Inspiration, then my wife for some reason blurted out Cremation. WE laughed all the way back to the ship. Guess Carnival could have a small ship for the last cruise yo take 🙂 4

MommytoAsquared Posted May 9, 2019 #3 Share Posted May 9, 2019 The old joke is that cruisers fall into three categories.... 1 - The Newlyweds 2 - The Overfeds 3 - The Almost Deads I guess category 3 would cruise the Cremation 1

johno1234 Posted May 10, 2019 #10 Share Posted May 10, 2019 (edited) A friend of mine can't seem to say "Ovation of the Seas"... it always comes out as "Ovulation of the Seas" !!! Still funny, even if a RCCL ship rather than Carnival. Edited May 10, 2019 by johno1234 addendum 1

emdia43 Posted May 10, 2019 #13 Share Posted May 10, 2019 I always thought a Viking funeral held some appeal. A very dramatic end to your last cruise! 1

Rare KmomChicago Posted May 11, 2019 #16 Share Posted May 11, 2019 They could have just kept on going with "ation" names almost forever with various themes: In the Ovulation class we might also have the Consummation, the Gratification, and there is another one that starts with E that fits this group but. . . I just can't do it. Would some of us enjoy the Intoxication class with her sisters the Libation, Fermentation and Obliteration? This could be a fun game. I can't imagine this discussion has never happened before on Cruise Critic.

The Ovulation class of course would be sponsored by the little blue pill. The Intoxication class would be a hit with those that indulge with Cheers. 1
