If you have the free wifi perk and buy another 250mins, can two people use wifi?

It doesn't matter "who" actually uses the wifi.

What matters is that if there is just one wifi account for the cabin/suite, then only one *login name* can be used.  But two people can take turns, no problem.  The system won't know if one person has two devices, or it is two different people.

You just can't both be logged on at the same time with a single account.

Is it possible to get two wifi accounts for one stateroom (such as, one account from the free perk, and an additional account via purchase), in order for the two occupants to each use one device at the same time?

Yes, it is not an issue. The first person will log in using the free minutes. The second person will log in and create an account and then buy the minutes. We do it all the time.

While you can each have a plan in your name and therefore be able to each be online at the same time, look into just upgrading to the unlimited plan once you are on board.  It costs much less than getting a whole other plan (sorry don't remember how much), and if you have unlimited, there shouldn't be a problem getting all your wifi time in, even if you can't both be on at the same time.

IMHO it seems senseless to buy another 250 minutes.  I believe you can upgrade the 250 plan to unlimited for $100 is what someone reported.  Seems like a good deal to me.  2 people can share the account, just need the password.

If you don't want to spend $100, don't forget your latitude membership also gives you 30 free minutes plus or minus your membership level.

Agree. Use the 250 as a $125 credit toward an unlimited plan and share that between the two devices. One device can be logged on at a time. But if you were going to live with 250, doesn’t would like you were planning any heavy duty Wi-Fi use.

@madre2 - you can create & activate the WiFi account for your cabin; and share/give him the login & password to sign-in to use that 250 free minutes.  Just make sure whoever is using it - to remember to always logoff to stop the metering.  You can register multiple devices to share those minutes, but only one user/device can be connected at any given time - and, a reminder that the previous user will be logoff & disconnected if you proceed (as the newest user logging in.)

Get any of the UNLIMITED plans and don't worry about the clock running out on your account !

Have the Internet Café manager install a logon logoff apt to your device to make it easy to do

the logging no matter which plan is used.

250 minutes in real time is 4 hours and 10 minutes - UNLIMITED is for the entire cruise !

Remember that service at sea is S-L-O-W and not like your own fiber optic speed at home.
